Chronic shoulders pain, pt aren't helping at all

So basically, I've been dealing with ongoing shoulder issues since I was about 15, and things got a lot worse over the past year. Right now, any kind of stretching, strengthening exercises, or rotator cuff work just makes it flare up and get worse. For example, I just tried doing some super light rotator cuff stuff with a 1kg dumbbell, and now my right shoulder is aching even while resting, and I'm even getting some tingling/numbness in my fingers.

As for the actual imaging results:

Right shoulder (US): The Supraspinatus tendon looks a bit non-uniform, but no tears.

Left shoulder (US): A tiny 0.2 cm calcification in the Subscapularis tendon, plus some wear-and-tear/degenerative changes in the AC joint.

Left shoulder (MR Arthrography): A very small labral tear (SLAP/SLNJ type) in the anteroinferior labrum between the cartilage and the labrum."

Thinking about buying areon c second hand. Does it look OK?

Basicly he told me he bought the chair 5 years ago abroad, it came with a broken screw where the seat is. He changed the seat and the screw and showed me the check. The fix was at the original shop where I'm from so it seems legit. According to him the chair was barely used. Thoughts? Any red flags? Something I need to he sure before j buy it? Is it worth it even? The price In the shop with the 12 years warranty costs 60% more. It's for my work, not home.

Aeron C second hand.. thoughts?

Hello, there's a pretty good deal on Facebook marketplace. The price is 60% less than in a store.

The question is the chair is 5 years old, because it was delivered from different country there's no insurance. He told me during the delivery the chair was damaged where the seat and screws are. He changed the seat a week ago (from the original store). It said that the chair was in good condition.

What should I check and be sure before buying? I've never sat In a herman miler chair so I'm not sure what to look into..

Thankd

I'm going to have a 40 hours train trip with being around snoring people. Need help

So I have

Doxylamine 15mg (neve tried it)

Whiskey

What should I take? When? Will it help? When someone snored, it spokes my cortisol and makes me want to shot my self. It's the most annoying thing for me when someone sleeps and snores like a train while I can't fall asleep. Even if I'm dead tired I won't be able to fall asleep.

Traveling to russia in 5 days, do I need the Gosuslugi qr code for entry?

Hello,

Last year I installed the application and tried to register but it was very buggy and I couldn't. It caused me lots of stress but in the end we flew and entered the country without any issue.

Is there anything new about it? Is it 100% mandatory? Because I try to enter to thr app and it just doesn't work, I forgot the passport and can't enter it. It doesn't send me a new passport to the email.

Thanks

Will I get used to the fps thing?

Hi, I bought ps5 pro for gta vi. When waiting for the game I bought rdr2, playing it first time. The game is amazing! So fun and good the graphics on LG oled are beautiful. The 30 fps is killing everything for me. I just can't get used to this laggy feeling. Lack of smoothness. It's so annoying. Don't know what to do. I really like the game but it's killing yhe fun for me..

Made a fancy omlete today

With English cheddar, Philadelphia cream cheese, valio butter, salt pepper and a little chilly flakes.

It was amazing!

Today I learned that my back started hurting because of the chair is way small to me

My hamstrings are hanging, knees higher than pelvis, basicly putting huge pressure on my hips and low back. Now I have to buy a Herman miller chair for my work? Sucks i guess.
