So I saw a small spot like a dirt and decided to clean it with my t shirt, only to it spread all across the lens. It's like it's peeled. I've been using it only a year and half. I always put sunscreen but I'm not sure how to why it even happend.. so sad, my favorites.

Looks bad but tastes even worse
Hi, I have a good diet, I do gym and sauna 3 times a week, I sleep 8-9 hours per night, I have no stress, happily married. Normal weight 90kg on 198cm.
My test is pretty low. My libido is mediocre, everything seems mediocre.
Taking zinc, magnesium, coq10, omega oil, my diet consists of salmon, cottage cheese, eggs, fruits, liver. Basicly healthy diet. I'm not eating too much carbs. Lots of salads.
Every year, same tree, same spot. It's so interesting watching it. He litteraly flew from me to the nest, it's amazing. They are eating salmon and liver today.
