Anyone tried the provider Nuva Health?
Saw a new (to me at least) company called Nuva Health. Anyone used them before? If so, what was your experience?

Hi there. Any chance there is an option to "bundle" tirz with one+ of the "Longevity" rx options? I really like the approach, experience, and price with my tirz and wanted to order some adjunct products in the future.
I know a lot of folks talk about food noise, and I get it. Buuuut...I think what has been the most impactful to me so far (only 2+ weeks in) is that I am more aware of what hunger and fullness feel like. It is like someone took the volume on my "you are hungry" and "you are full" and dialed them up to an audible level. Suddenly, I just put the fork down or put back what was on my plate for another time. I was never an overeater, but I would likely dish up my plate accordingly and then eat it. Rarely I would have a bit leftover (but again I was consciously tracking macros so I knew what I was putting on my plate). Now I put about the same on there, and sometimes I eat it because I hear the "you are hungry" and other times I just stop because I am no longer hungry! Maybe that is the same as food noise, but I hadn't seen it explained that way before. It has really helped me be more in tune with my hunger signals and that is blowing my mind.
Last nite, I wanted something sweet. I cut a choc croissant in half (I would never have even thought of this before!) and ate 2 bites...and put it back. I just needed the taste and I was set. What is this sorcery?!
I know every body is different and times/dates work differently for everyone, but curious what time YOU consider perfect timing for your dose.
First thing in the am? After lunch? Right before bed? 6:32PM? Whenever you remember?
I’m still fine-tuning my timing.
Who here is taking both tirz and serm? Do you feel like they work well together? Thoughts?
I just received my tirz last week, and I believe Ola does NOT auto-renew...so how do we go about re-ordering so that we don't have a lapse? And is there a bundle package to add sem along with tirz or do we just place 2 orders? Thanks in advance!
I am not sure what I expected, but it was super easy to take my first dose. I have 2.5mg and was sent the 100 unit needs. The only "issue" (and it is because I am a painfully precise person) was that the tick marks are in 2 units each so taking 15 units was not as precise as I would like. It would have been nice to have a set of needles with 15 clearly marked. Otherwise, LFG!!! (Not sure this is a feature request, but I also get hung up on the flair options and feel like there should be more precise options...I am a lot! 😉 )
My tirz comes tomorrow and I am SO EXCITED. Coming UPS between noon-3. OK to take my first dose as soon as I get it? I am going to post my entire timeline, too, even though I was impatient, it has been really effortless and I have been communicated during each step. SO far, so good!!
Submitted form: Fri 6/12 @ 1:17PM
received rx approval: 6/12 @ 10:23PM (no need for pictures, clarification, etc. I am approx 31 BMI with well-insulated muscle 😉)

I’m starting tirz in a few days. I already lift 5-6 days a week heavy af and have overall good eating habits but peri has effed me. Those who have a good lifting protocol and eat adequate protein, have you noticed muscle loss on tirz? I know you can’t target just the fat so I want to preserve as much muscle as possible. Any tips? Thanks!
I ordered. I am both incredily excited and panic-stricken. How long does it usually take to get the rx approved? How long for shipping to east coast, on average?
Any tips/tricks for the first few doses? Thanks!
Hi. Looking to likely order today (BIG feeling about it). I was curious what the 3-mo Ripple plans are after the initial starter. Anything else I should know prior to ordering?
Hi. I just started 2 mg of topical testosterone cream yesterday. How long does it take, on average, for folks to feel it kicking in? What should I expect? I know the medical info the NP gave me, but I want to know from folks on it what your experiences are. Thanks!
Hi all. I have gained and lost weight in the past, and when I buckled down to lose, I could do so with tracking and upping my movement. Not terribly difficult. I have never been skinny and I enjoy lifting and being strong. Lately, like a year+, I simply cannot lose weight. I have been working with an RD and she even bumped me up to 2300 calories based on my activity levels and TDEE...didn't gain or lose. Bumped down to 2000...nope...nada. (I was eating around 1800 before I started with the RD, too, so this is not just 5 weeks of data but months of data!)
I have that usual 3-5 lb fluctuation in water etc. I lift 5-6/week, walk every day, run or HITT 2/week. Sedentary job but wfh so I move about as much as possible to offset that. Lowered sugar intake, increased water and fiber. NOTHING IMPACTS my weight.
Labs etc are within range. On HRT since 5/1: estrogen .025, progesterone 100 mg, and starting testosterone cream tomo 2mg
WTF is going on. How do I lose weight? I am a solid 30 lbs outside of my comfortable zone so it's not like I am low body fat. I am considered obese by BMI standards (bs but still throwing that out there.) Please don't say "calories in, calories out" because I will lose my shit. If I can eat 1800-2300, and not lose weight, and not gain weight, it is NOT CICO. Strongly considering a GLP-1, but also quite nervous. Help. Please!! I am trapped in a body that can't move like I used to and is just so uncomfortable all the time.
For those of you who were tracking and active before starting tirz, how did you modify your eating and activity after starting tirz? I am working with an RD and just cannot seem to lose anything so likely starting compound tirz soon, but it is messing with my brain that I am in a deficit already and don't want to cut my calories too low. Did anyone keep the status quo and still lose? There is def something underlying with my inability to lose, despite all my labs being a-ok (on HRT so not "counting" that at this time). Curious what others have experienced. Thanks!
What do you wish you knew before you started? What has shocked you the most when starting? What is your biggest win? I am weighing (pun intended) the rx versus compound (price will play a large part!) and curious what experiences you had just starting out. Thanks!
Curious, while I am awaiting to hear back from my insurance, how much do you pay monthly for rx tirz via your health insurance in the US?
I did the checker and qualify, but does that mean I would pay $149/mo for the "club" and then an additional $299 or whatever the cost of my selection? So potentially $450/month?! Am I reading that correctly??
I get up at 5, snack at 5:10 and working out by 5:20AM. I am looking to change up my pre-workout snack. What is your FAVE preworkout snack (bonus points if it has about 15 g protein and 20-30ish g carbs)? No shakes etc -- whole foods, please and thanks!
43YO female in peri + on HRT (monitored by NP) and working with RD.
I have been unable to lose weight for a few months now (and have been gaining steadily for about a year). I have seen all sorts of specialists and my PCP. Labs are all fine. On paper, I should be losing weight (nutrition is on-point working with RD and workouts are always strong). I have literally tried just about everything to shake even a few pounds (not quick fixes but swapping macros, different types of workouts, taking time away from workouts, seeing specialists for labs/evals, etc -- all for a few weeks at a time to evaluate if there was any impact). I am uncomfortable in my body and while I used to LOVE to run, it is not even fun anymore because everything rubs and chafes. Even just walking is uncomfortable and I am becoming increasingly self-conscious (which I have never been before). I was never skinny/thin and do not want to be "skinny" by any stretch. I have always carried weight well and had significant muscle. I have had to buy new clothes a few times just to have some items that fit and I am so over it. I am seriously lost with what to do...so I guess my questions are
Thanks in advance!
Started HRT (estradiol and progesterone) Friday 5/1. Felt pretty good and got some energy return within a few days. Started sleeping better, too. Then approximately Wed 5/13, same day my cycle started, I have been increasingly exhausted as the day goes on. I’ll wake up fine, even before my alarm, but then after 2ish (today it started around noon), I get completely exhausted and a headache. I go to sleep so fast when i get the kids to bed. Like my eyes cannot stay open reading a book. Is this normal? Do I have to push through? Thanks for any input. I feel worse now than when I started!
