Warranty policy is a joke

I submitted a warranty claim explain to them that it keeps going to over current protection Random shutdowns out of the blue You literally have to reset the power button behind the power supply just for it to boot up again and sometimes you have to do it several times Couple times I heard a loud click Replace With a spare power supply I had and no problems whatsoever I feel let down I have bought many products from them over the years I Literally have over $500 worth of Fans in one of my builds I also have 2 of their power supplies and streamer Even have the Shift IO in my wife's rig First time I had an issue with their products I was not expecting this type of service they literally emailed me To do the paperclip test Wow I submitted a receipt in all my information But it's kind of ridiculous sending a video they want me to do the paper clip test and to show in the video power supply turning off What happens if it doesn't do it Not under load Then what what do I do then I had other RMS from other companies before no problems they Asked for proof of purchase and then they asked me for my address Havn literally sent me a new Front panel the whole thing with the With the glass on it One of the metal panels was coming off the glass no questions asked they just asked me for proof of purchase and they literally sent me the whole new piece so I have a spare Front cover Even Corsair gave me no problems RMA set of Ram sticks a couple years back ASUS no problems whatsoever just takes forever in a day To get your stuff back Can somebody please give me some advice on how to go about this would be helpful This company really let me down😒

Here's some updates on my build I decided to go with a dual loop setup. I think two different colors of UV coolant would look pretty cool. At first I was worried about one pump on 4 radiators, CPU block and GPU block and all the tubing wasn't going to be enough. But everybody told me that one alpha cool d5 pump should do the job just fine. When I came to this conclusion, it was too late.I already bought it. I was originally going to put it in the rear of the case right above the GPU it fits. But when you try to put a fitting, it's a no go, so I had to move it to the front. That's the only place I could think of. The 2 monitors came in they fit perfectly. I also found some pretty cool silver finishing washers. I saw these on bro, cooling YouTube channel, those guys are awesome. It gives the build a more machinery reactor look, that's what I'm trying to go for. Since I'm putting UV reactive coolant, I'm putting UV lights. I really don't like the purple glow it gives. So I did some research, and I found that the 365nm light frequency emits a whiter light. I also found those spotlights that look exactly the same, but they're smaller in UV but they give out the purple glow so I found some UV filters that make it a 365nm and they really do work, I was amazed, I thought it wasn't going to work. Hope you guys enjoy the pictures more updates to come oh and by the way, this is going to be a microslop free PC. Powered by bazate.
