Just had a guy come measure the house and said there were only two options for 7/16” 8ib pad one at $.99/sq ft and the other at $1.09/sq ft, Nike or Traffic Master. I found this at $.41 sq/ft but he said that was only for DIY. Is that true?
I’m converting a loft into a bedroom. The contractor is only giving me prices for labor. I’ve told him what carpet and pad we want and door choice. When asked about remaining materials and total cost he said “Unfortunately i do not provide a full material list until after contract signing and half down labor deposit is received. They take time some of them hours depending on job size and i realized the jobs i don’t get those hours add up and take away from my family. Im sure you understand. If u have any other questions im happy to answer them. Let me know if and when you want to move forward with scheduling with us, either way thank u for considering us.”

Is there a way to adjust the trunk lid? Drivers side is low passenger side is correct. 2016 Convertible, I don’t see any adjustment screws just a non adjustable rubber stop.

I've had a package that's been waiting for pick-up for 14 days. We ordered something on vacation and it was delayed so the item never got picked up. Its supposed to be returned to the sender after 5 days. The customer service agent said they opened a support ticket but I didn't get any confirmation and I feel like they just said they opened it to get me off the phone. Any other options here? The tracking goes from out for delivery to ready for pick up in a loop. I've tried all the available customer service options already.

We were rear ended with minor frame damage totaling $6500 and filed a DV claim for $3170 after visiting an online evaluation company. Insurance came back with $1100. I countered with $2700, they basically told me to pound sand. I filed a complaint with our states department of insurance. Yesterday the insurance company paid the full $3200. If they hadn’t I’d of gone to small claims court.
Don’t give up on these, despite what you hear if you have a solid appraisal they’ll pay. They aren’t going to court over a couple thousand dollars.
For some reason the four hole version of this trim panel is $200 vs $32 for the three hole version. All I’m missing is this nut/insert that was rusted and broke when I removed the trim piece. Anyone know if it’s available?

Body shop put the wrong emblem on our tailgate, not a big deal but I wanted to replace it with the correct one. How long do I need to wait before trying to remove the old one? It’s just held on with that adhesive tape. They said to wait 30 days before hand washing it. Do you think 30 days is safe for the emblem too?
I’m putting the black “H” on our 24. I’m assuming it’s just plastic tabs and adhesive holding it on? Anyone just break it off versus taking everything apart? The new one should hold fine with the new adhesive.
I had very few issues so far. I’m at 16k but I was thinking that if my luck continues to 30k do you think that’d continue long term ? Seems most problems show up early on. I actually really like the car, it’s most of what I want. I’m definitely not paying my residual ($32k) but if I could buy it for $25k I’d consider it with an extended warranty. I actually really like the Lyriq but I can’t justify the extra cost for basically the same car. The extended warranty on the Cadillac is significantly more too.
