Idk if melancholic is the right word. I really like Down in a Hole and Nutshell. So basically songs that are less hard and upbeat, but still with great guitar and vocals.

For context, I(17M), do not have a large nose whatsoever. However, I was curious what’s the general attitude about that kind of thing.

It’s a big thing about how they have to keep it safe and in their hands but why didn’t O.G Peter or the new Spider-People just make multiple of them?

Kinda a weird question, but i’m considering going to FSU and one of the things I’d like to do in college is meet my wife. Thing is, I’ve heard FSU is a big party school and I don’t rlly wanna be doing that, or being with a girl who does that. So basically, do a lot of normal girls go to FSU or is it mostly people who party?

I was absolutely loving the rise of El Chapo and El Mayo, and had grown fairly attached to the actors playing them, and just when the escape is about to happen and they’re gonna develop the famed Sinaloa Cartel, the show ends. Ik I can watch the El Chapo show, and I probably will, but Narcos was different because of the higher budget and the actors that i’d grown accustomed to. Just really bummed me out that once Chapo is finally a boss after all this waiting and anticipation, the show ends.

The Scientist is probably my favorite Coldplay song, and i’ve started listening to it while going to sleep. But since i’ve started doing that, the song feels like it’s moving super slow, almost artificially slowed down. Lmk if i’m trippin, this has really been weirding me out

Probably my favorite character of the DCAU, besides Batman cuz yk, it’s Batman. But still, It’s crazy that he’s only the main guy in like 2(.5?) episodes. Literally the best part of the show(JLU), but there’s barely any episodes with him. I’d watch a whole show based around him. Some might say it’s implausible to make a show about him, that there wouldn’t be enough stuff to write about. But they literally made a Superman show. If they can make a show about the literal strongest man in the world interesting(no disrespect to superman) they can make a show about the question. DCAU is over tho and he’s too obscure of a character so it would never happen. A man can hope tho☹️

I’ve been watching JLU and really liking it. I think that 2x13 is supposed to be the finale to Batman Beyond but will Batman Beyond be ruined by me watching this episode. Batman Beyond seems really cool, but i don’t wanna feel like i have to watch 3 seasons of another show to watch what is supposedly one of the best JLU episodes. What should I do?

Edit: For context, i’ve watched like 4 episodes of Batman Beyond and watched Batman Beyond: Return of The Joker.

Edit #2- I ended up watching the episode. For others with a similar question, the only Batman Beyond episodes that would be needed to understand the episode is the 2 part pilot.
With business taken care of, let me just say that was one of the best episodes of the DCAU i’ve ever seen. I’d already seen the Ace clip before, yet it still made me cry. The voice actor for Ace is so good, just makes the whole thing way better. Additionally, the rest of the episode is also peak. >!Terry being Bruce’s son fits so well, it makes me wonder if they had it all planned out as soon as they started Batman Beyond.!< Such a peak episode. Check it out even if you’re not a Batman Beyond fan, it was just so damn good.

What is the reason for the differentiation of what people call this guy? Sometimes it’s Miguel Angel, sometimes it’s Felix Gallardo, and sometimes it’s all at once. At first I thought people close to him call him Miguel/Miguel Angel and for business purposes he’s called Felix Gallardo, but i was also hearing his close friends call him Felix. Is it a case of real world explanation, or just an inconsistency in the show? I’ve wondered about this for years so an answer would be appreciated.

the 2 worlds

I like Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Oasis, Coldplay, Billy Joel, Frank Ocean, and to a lesser extent Kanye West. For me, the most important part of a song is melody/vibe, i don’t rlly care about lyrics. some recommendations outside of the artists i’ve mentioned would be great.

For something that can be so impactful and binding, the unbreakable vow is very underused in the series. whether it be the aforementioned use or, say, a ministry worker swearing loyalty to the ministry. Seems to me that she came up with the idea in the 6th book and didn’t think about any ramifications of this being in the universe.

fuck tyrion and varys in essos- dick jokes and shitty writing. fuck the high sparrow arc in kings landing, genuinely pissed me off more than anything else in the show. fuck daenarys’s story in Meereen, it’s so much meandering along with nothing happening, and i’m pretty sure this is where barristan is killed off. fuck arya and her boring as fuck plot in braavos. fuck the nonsensical plot point that sansa would be sold off to ramsay. fuck all the bullshit that goes on with jaime and bronn in dorne. even stannis’s plotline is resolved super anticlimatically ending in his death. jon’s plotline on the other hand has him elected as lord commander, execution of janos, and hardhome, one of the best moments of the series for me. everything else can fuck off though.
