Logging history of this experience for others.

- rear axle torque is good
- cleaned speed sensor and ‘reader’
- cable is fine at sensor reader. Not opening motor (yet)

Issue still happening.

Today we added a small thin washer under the ‘reader’ to make sure it was within 3mm of speed sensor.

Testing today.

*** Spacer did not resolve issue.

Next step is to have someone open up motor and cheek speed sensor cable connection to motor.

— Amflow sending a new speed sensor cable.. caveat.. out of stock in U.S. so from China.. 1-2 weeks. If that doesn’t work.. motor. So we have to wait & test for about month for a resolution..? Not happy customer. .. and we now own 3 of these bikes.

Clearing some items that are not being used.. and having been used in a while.

1. Fuji X-Pro2 & 27mm 2.8 lens. X-Pro2 was an Excellent+ from KEH that was bought with warranty replacement credit. Used very little. Shutter count was reset as there is no way it’s really under 200. I know it’s likely low based on condition.. but not as reported with shutter count. Also including Fuji 27mm 2.8mm - just back from Fuji from having a speck of dust cleaned. All good now. Both - $1,400 shipped UPS CONUS insured.

This year I went down the Leica rabbit hole pretty deep. Started with a Q and then tried several M. Still have the M.. likely selling.. but taking my new Q3 and and Q3 43 (not new) on a trip with my boys. I can’t imagine needing other lenses. I usually travel with more gear. .. I will have a little GR as I take it almost everywhere but focus of use will be the Qs. Excited to see how it goes. Will definitely share images to the Leica subreddit that allows photos.

The bronze is likely temporary as it’s the only one I have right now.
