I know someone who has been doing these exercises for atleast 10 years they swear they are strong,does it really make you strong,I always hear them making oathetic panting grunting and moaning noises are they slowly signing themselves up for a massive heart attack and organ failure? They go to the bathroom atleast 10x to urinate I'm thinking they have deficiencies and they stuff themselves 3x a day for nothing just for it to go mostly to the muscle and not their brains&organs I swear the guys temper emotional control is like a womens even tho he has muscle

I feel like a schizoid person,I dont hallucinate or hear voices but I have alot of symptoms related to it How do I get by nowadays? Im 3 years in get inpending doom randomly and panic attacks symptoms are fatigue,anxiety,despair,visual snow syndrome,loss of taste derealization im getting an anxiety and panic attack I don't want to die from this illness,my geart suddely starts racing and the attacks happen,I also feel poisoned and tired frequently,been battling this disease since October,2022 even tried going plant based for1/2 year for inflammation and cholesterol management,It feels like a never ending torture and battle,I start heating up and my back feels tense I just wanna feel normal again this is messed up to have to deal with this,my head face starts to heat up when it happens,back starts feeling tense then it passes after 10 minutes,I feel like animal products aren't good for my adrenals it messes them up

Body feels poisoned and frozen at times,like im not in my body,or drugged feeling gets intense,visual snow is bad in the dark blurry vision and night vision/night blindness fatigue at times lost my taste,3 years in since October,2022 no help or recovery

Is the jaw pain related to this illness I had teeth fillings like 3 years ago,is it neurological symptom? I took lions mane today with rhodiola and reishi don't know if that could set things off also? I have had problems with music from android apps that I copy over to the sd card and then putting my sd card on the mp3 then playing the music it would skip all the tracks or not play on the android when it was on the sd card,and only play like one music file any suggestions?
