I've had diagnosed severe depression for almost half my life and I've only been medicated ever for it for a few months in my life during which my pet died so I just don't remember it helping.
Anyways, it's so frustrating that even after all this time I feel the same way. I manage but it's so difficult, I literally need to make extra time for tasks because I know I'm going to probably be crying about stuff. It's so hard. I was an artist and now I live in a pile of untouched hobbies and I have to hold in my tears until I'm away from others. I just wish it'd stop. I hate being sad.

Does anyone know? Obviously I'm referring to the biodegradable ones and not the styrofoam ones. Thanks.

Does Fair Oaks Mall or Springfield Mall have massage chairs? Like the mechanical ones, not a human-given massage in a chair. Does anyone know the cost if they do? I haven't been to malls in a while but I'm hoping to chill in one my next mall run Haha thanks in advance if anyone can let me know :)
