I felt like I was swimming in 2 feet of water while walking tonight. Be careful out there folks. Tons of streets and sidewalks are very flooded.

Prove me wrong, but it all sounds like a money grab to me. It is pseudoscience because there is no evidence that "universal life energy" exists or can be manipulated. I want to know your thoughts. Good or bad.

I am running my dehumidifier 24/7 because it shows the humidity level is at 70%. And I can feel it’s damp in my unit. I live in a studio that is 550 ft.² My electric bill is $100 a month. I am curious does anybody else have this issue? The maintenance guy in my building told me this is a problem with many people who live off the lake. I’m really scared of a mold problem if I don’t run my dehumidifier.

I used to have a lot more hair. It’s always been on the finer side but I had a lot of it! I’m noticing so much shedding lately and there are stands of hair everywhere I go! A lot of breakage too. Especially when I brush and when I wash my hair. My ponytail is a lot thinner too. I use very good clean hair products and doing everything I can to stop it. I am freaking out. I’d rather not get on topicals or take meds unless I absolutely have too. My question is… does it get better. I’m staying on HRT for now. Help!!

I just learned tonight that taking Lamotrogine with HRT can affect and interact with hormones, particularly estrogen and cause side effects. I’m kind of freaking out a little, is anyone familiar with this combo? I’m also shedding a ton of hair since increasing my dose of Lamotrogine.

Now this is not to upset or insult anyone that has one. But I had an unbelievable hard time finding a battery replacement for a LMT'D V1. The battery it originally came with is discontinued so I tried 2 Aventon batteries that fit but the bike but the display would not turn on. Hence the bike never worked again.

I have to work all day outside in the hot sun and 95° weather. I have been using tretinoin 0.05% for about 6 months and developed a pretty high tolerance for it so I use it every night. I use a high SPF of at least 50 on my face daily. But with this weather it sweats off because it’s so hot and my job is very active. Do you think I should be skipping tret on days it’s like this? I noticed a small mark next to my nose that looks like it could be like a heat rash or irritation. Any advice is welcome. Thank you!

Anyone familiar with this combo and how are you feeling?

Hi my beautiful ladies. After a long period of contemplating HRT I finally decided to give it a try. It's been ok up until week 3 or 4. Some of my symptoms have returned and they are worse than when I didn't take it. I'm currently on 100 mg of progesterone that I take orally before bed. And I'm on the estrogen patch 0.00375. Which I think is a pretty low dose. I am experiencing debilitating fatigue. I'm mean I can barely function. Everything is a huge struggle. I yawn all day long. To the point where people are asking me if I had a long night and I don't drink. I eat pretty healthy and I try to go to bed at a decent hour. It is both embarrassing and really affecting my life in the most negative way. I'm also experiencing nights sweats again (but not as bad) and I'm a part of the 5 am club and can't fall back asleep. I'm extremely emotional too. And I'm on Lamictal and Wellbutrin too. The good part is my joint and hip pain seems to have gotten better. So I'm asking, does the debilitating fatigue get any better? I'm trying to make it to month 3 of hrt and not give up, but it's impacting my life in the most negative way.

I have to ride my bike in this weather today for work all day. The weather is indicating a tornado watch, hail and torrential downpours. Thoughts?

Well, now I know what everyone speaks of when they say it gets worse before it gets better on HRT. It's my second week and I'm experiencing pretty terrible side effects. Even worse than when I was not on HRT, which was exactly what I was worried about. The tears won't stop. I keep going off on everyone. And I'm experiencing hot flashes again, which were gone up until I started HRT. Please tell me this gets better. I feel really hopeless at this point. My relationships are suffering pretty bad too. This is so depressing.

I am in full on Peri rage. I go off on my boyfriend every week. We've been together 2 years and it's really taking a toll on our relationship. He is the most loving and caring man. I feel him pulling away though because of my constant erratic mood swings. Now I'm sad and depressed because I could potentially lose the love of my life. For the record I'm on Lamotrogine for a mood stabilizer, and Wellbutrin and dextro for adhd. I've had HRT sitting in my medicine cabinet for months and last night I finally decided to give it a try because I'm so frustrated with all these symptoms. I like to call them whack-a-mole because I have no idea when a new symptom is gonna pop up. My crazy mood is not the only thing I'm experiencing either. I have tons of joint pain to the point where it hurts to walk up stairs. And plenty of others. This is my worst nightmare. No one warned me it'd be this bad. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
