I love jasmine and mason but their characters feel very stuck at the moment and it’s been that way since 5. I think if they had thier own movie they get more development and meat to work with but that’s just what I think. What about you guys?
They where soundtracks where A lot of Disney channel stars would remake their own versions of classic Disney songs. I remember finding Selena Gomez reimagined version of Cruella de vil to be such a bop as a kid.
I never see her fans talk about the album as much except for her first single The way and if you want count unreleased maybe pink champagne which is a fan fav but most of them just seem to see album as too childish.
So many modern fight scenes nowadays look like two dudes just dancing around with each other along with the fight being chopped and edited to look cinematically perfect its just boring. Theres a fight scene in Gerard Butler 2023 movie plane where they shot the fight in one take. no choppy Camera angles, no cutting to what the other characters are doing just a full on brawl between two guys fighting for life which I thought was pretty cool.
I think alot of them are ok I think my biggest issue is the 8 episode 45 to 50 min format. Despite modern shows having a longer run time they still feel rushed and the pacing is always not great especially in season or series finales.
I love that fact that she’s down right insane and not trying to grow as a person we already have zuko for that. Having her eventually turn good just doesn’t feel natural to her character and would just come across cringe all around. It’s like if we got a redemption arc for Slade from teen titans or the joker from Batman it just doesn’t fit these types of villains.
I would say it’s a mixed bag for me I love songs like mood ring, slumber party, just luv me and, man on moon but others like do you wanna come over, private show, liar and, hard to forget yah aren’t my vibe. It be cool if she released one more album as an independent artist on her terms but since she’s said she’s retired and everything I think I’m ok with this one being her last.
I really like Chaotic and over to you now she was really experimenting that era.
One of the things fans did not like about Korra was how short the seasons where cause everything felt so rushed and we never really got some down time with the characters and got to really know them like in Airbender. I hope we have some fun filler in this one
Instead of back to back every year 6 came out 1 year after 5, 7 came out 3 years after 6, and possibly 8 might come out in 2028 2 years after 7. I think that’s a good balance instead of going the superhero route constantly releasing them.
Do you like it do you dislike it? I only really liked the killer reveal I thought that goth Chick was a great Ghostface and found her motive to be a lot more fun than some of the recent movie motives but outside of that this season was pretty meh all around.
I really liked it has some really cool songs like fireflies, heaven lost an angle, cry for love kind of bummed we never got her 2nd album with timberland but I guess it wasn’t ment to be.
Kind of like how Halloween 4-6 was about Jamie Lloyd without Laurie being there. I get why they brought them in to bridge the gap between old and new gen but it just very crowded and it probably would’ve worked better for a tv show like Chucky since you have more room to explore the characters compared to a movie.
Or are you fine with him being a one off spirt? I’m surprised we never saw him again in Korra considering we got wan shi tong.
I always see fans have nostalgia for those eras and act as if sweetener was her actual debut album but never talk about first 3 why is that? Is it a new generation of fans talking?
I really like it at first I found on wires and after all to be pretty meh but after about a week or so they both clicked now I’m obsessed excited for don’t leave me on the dance floor.
Dodger and Oliver from Oliver and company, basil the mouse from great mouse detective , silver and Jim from treasure planet, the whole cast from Atlantis lol. I wish there movies had gotten sequels back in the day they had way more potential then say that Fox and hound Miquel or 102 Dalmatians 2.
It’s the book she made before blame it on vanity and it’s a lot more Raw she goes more into detail in her relationship with Prince and how he treated vanity 6 and the time. you could kind of see how some of that influenced purple rain a bit really interesting stuff.
I see it alot around Halloween time, hilarious insta/twitter memes and reels, even bizarrely sexualized lol. So what is it about that mask that’s so iconic.
I know this probably won’t happen for like another decade unfortunately but I think a Tatum vs Sam showdown would be a great way to end things since they are the daughters of two iconic legacy characters who started this whole franchise in the first place.
