Like Yourself - It Matters what you think

Some people have motives for disagreeing with you - from jealousy to not thinking of it first. Make sure you are able to decide for yourself.

Ripped off Tenants are making this landlord rich & able to purchase more properties, while they are tricked into leases

Kairoi owns properties in many states and they are expanding. They buy up properties, while trapping tenants into leases, and then never fixing apartment conditions. From dirty, thin walls, 3 months free, bad trash pickup, rodents, cockroaches, you can read all different reviews on the google results. Please sign the petition to stop them from expanding Inside this update, I listed a bunch of the properties they own, and they do not care who they hurt, while they just get rich and take from the tenants, overcharging them while in leases. This is why I am asking people to sign this and stop them from getting away with it.

Talk to your mind - tell it you are great

We tend to hear the one negative thing someone tells us, and keep it stuck in our minds. We have to tell ourselves the positive things we ignore. Don't stay broken. No one is perfect we all have flaws, but we are all gifted in some area.

We cross many bridges, not everyone gets to come with us

We have to leave behind things we outgrow, people that don't see where we are headed. It's ok, go anyway

Strong people break too, but like everyone, they seek happiness

Happiness is not permanent, we have to try to create a life where we get more happy days, and when we are strong, we carry a lot, versus pick times for ourselves to make sure we get happiness too.

It's not how we fall, it's how we rise

I don't know anyone that has not been knocked down - we have to get up many times.

Believe in your right to live the way you need to

We answer to others way too many times life. We sneak times where we live our dreams out, and it should not be that hard.

Abused tenants are just horrified at how bad it can get

As a tenant at this property, I was so abused by the landlord, I could not believe it. Stuck in a lease and they were extorting money on fake bills every month, with no way to fight them. They charged $3K to break the lease. The conditions were 3rd world, and it was a scar that I feel to this day. Please sign the petition to force them to stop abusing tenants.

A lot of people don't know the best part of ourselves

We live in a world where people are quick to judge others. And never really get to know people and what good they have inside of them.

Explaining why this landlord is so bad and we need to build this petition

We get a change to fix things sometimes before it is too late. That is why I am doing this, before it is too late. Calling them out this early is a huge deal. There is time to stop them from completely robbing innocent people. Please sign and make your voice heard. https://c.org/8t9nCb4pwd

Take Time to look at yourself differently

Remember the movie Julia Julia - one person thought that the other had this perfect charmed life, and it was not. We always doubt our own paths and miss the fact that everything we survive is what makes us admirable.
