No one knows what it is and just tells me to use the app. Guess what, app doesn’t forward ports even though it says they are. Multiple restarts of the entire system and tests pinging the ports. Spent all morning til now on call with 3 different techs who said this is only managed in the app. Great. So my business can slow down now as I search for ways to circumvent their awful modem and app so I can forward 2 ports.

Hey all! Just moved to South Jersey in Upper Township closer to OC. Any commander players in the area? Got a pod that needs 1 more? I lived and played in Philly for the last few years. Generally met at friend’s houses once a month for 3-4 games in a night. I’m not huge on LGS play and prefer a more laidback fun environment.

Dealer picked it up at an auction. Hasn’t been serviced since 2021. Clean title and Carfax. Think it was someone who passed away. It feels off the more I think about it.

Hey all! First time above ground pool owner. Previous owner opened and closed the pool themselves and left a brief guide on how to do it. I wasn't comfortable following along as I have never owned a pool and wind already blew the cover 1/4 of the way off. Had a company come out and help with opening and they were awful. Rushed through everything with hardly any info on what they were doing only to stop abruptly because of a hairline fracture in the skimmer down-port causing a leak. They said I would have to a) replace the whole skimmer or b) apply PVC cement and might get through the season. Both options they said required the pool to be drained below the skimmer. I managed to figure out how to drain the pool to the bottom of the skimmer but it will not go any further. I tried setting up the manual vacuum which they gave a 2 second crash course on - submerge the hose and feed it hand over hand. Then I placed it in the skimmer and got zero suction and the vacuum plate would not stay down. So questions:

Do I need to fill the pull back up so that there is water in the skimmer and then place the suction plate/vacuum back in and that is how I get suction?

Is there any other way to drain some of the pool? There isn't any drain other than the skimmer that I can see. There is an "eyelet" jet but that is seemingly not working because there isn't any water going into the filter.

Very worried I am going to cause damage to the more expensive components. I am at wits end with the skimmer and vacuum. Thanks all!
