Ipamorelin Nasal Sprays

Wondering if Ipamorelin (5 amino acids) can be used via nasal spray as it is much smaller than Sermorelin (29 amino acids) or Tesamorelin (44 amino acids) so I'd think that Ipamorelin nasal would be an option.

Question About Wyze Smart Scale Ultra Body Scan

Quick question ... when I export my data, it creates a spreadsheet which is super helpful but the section for subcutaneous fat is empty and doesn't include the data. Subcutaneous fat data is on my app and being assessed but isn't included on the spreadsheet. Any ideas?

Suggestions For Improving the Amazing Wyze Smart Scale Ultra BodyScan with Handle

We love our Wyze smart scale ultra bodyscan with handle. Really do. Nothing's perfect though. Here's what I would do to make it even better.

  1. Add an overall Health Score to the app. Hume has an overall health score and it's super motivating to check the score each day to monitor progress over time. Can Wyze offer that?
  2. We love the Visceral Fat Score, but wish it included a decimal point so see small changes. For example, I've been stuck at 5 for a while but I wish I could see if this is a 5.1 or 5.9. Seeing changes from 5.9 to 5.5 for example would be super helpful.
  3. Same with the Metabolic Age. Love it! However, it would be even better if you could add decimal points so we could see small changes.
  4. Would also be great to be able to follow other family members' or friends' accounts so could see all the detail of others to keep each other accountable.

Thanks for making such a great, health changing product!!!

Heart Rate Increased On Tirzepatide

My smart watch just noticed me that my heart rate is up about 3-4 beats per minute since starting Tirzepatide. I can actually notice it. Feels like I just drank a lot of coffee. Does anyone have tips for how to handle this?

Mayo Clinic and U. Maryland Study Shows Knee Arthritis Improvements Independent of Weight Loss

Conclusion (from this Mayo Clinic and U. Maryland study):

In this large, multicenter, real world cohort study,, GLP-1 RA use was associated with a significantly
**reduced long term risk of TKA in patients with knee OA,**with effects that were greater with longer treatment duration and newer generation agents. These duration and agent dependent associations are consistent with potential disease modifying activity beyond weight loss alone, although prospective trials are needed to establish causality and define optimal treatment targets.

Peter Attia Rips BPC

Pater Attia’s reputation has clearly taken a massive hit in recent months, but he’s been a vocal critic of peptides saying they lack human data on efficacy and safety. In this podcast episode he rips apart the case for most peptides. How do folks who support peptides counter what he says? https://podwise.ai/dashboard/episodes/7746629
