Updated my split, perfect, better than before, or still needs work?

Ok so after much advice for my fellow fitness bros here I went and updated my split. Wondering if it’s any better? Did push today, felt great and I guess I understand now why before it was too much volume, if I’m really pushing to the limit how can I do so many exercises. I will say I was progressing every week though, just wondering if I should expect better gains with this less volume program?

My split. Any advice, or recommendations?

Running a double progressive overload. Been at it for 5 weeks straight. (With rest days of course) Haven’t lost much weight on the scale yet but I do feel that I look better already, hopefully recomp. I rest after the PPL, then again after the UL. I have 2 questions: where’s the best place for my second ab day? And also am I overdoing it on lower + arm day? I realized my biceps and triceps don’t get rest time since I’m doing upper the day before it, but I feel like if I do them on upper day I’ll be in there for too long.

Manitowoc issues: Going into “Thaw” mode then turning off

So I’ve been having issues with this ice machine but truthfully I’ve had the same situation happen before at different locations. I’ll come in on a call that the ice machine is not working and see the display says it’s off, I’ll turn it on and it runs fine then later I’ll see “thaw” on the outputs. Usually I’ll give it a deep clean and it goes away, this time though it didn’t. It did it again and now I see this “time to harvest” notification from that usually isn’t there. Has anyone experienced this before?

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a door sensor from Amazon due to my u100 auto lock being inconsistent. It worked great… for 2 days, then the battery died. Purchased a new battery and same results 2 days later dead. I contacted Aqara and they sent me a replacement after telling me having it in more than one home (Aqara and Apple) can kill the battery, as well as being too close to metal which can intefere with the signal. I took it off from Aqara, and just left it on Apple home, but I noticed that my door itself is metal, so I have to mount it on the frame which sucks due to distance but it’ll work. Is the metal thing really a reason that can kill the battery? Also how for would it really need to be, if my door is metal can I even use this sensor?
