PS5 Slim not working after dissembling for cleaning, Help!

My PS5 slim keep getting shut down recently, so I thought it's cause by overheating in the power supply. But after I teardown find out not dusty at all.

Now the real trouble is the console not working at all after I reassemble again. First two time boot on safe mode but cannot do anything. Now it won't turn on at all (no beep or light). What causing the issue? If it's power supply problem will change new one fix it.?

Is this a kit that should be avoid? Despite I like the design.

I saw many cons about the Tristan, it's like an old HG released on 2017.
