Hello. I’m a (incredibly unprofessional) traditional artist. My art is not very good. It’s ok at best. I’ll admit that. And once again, I’ve ran my art through AI, ChatGPT to be specific. I am by no means an expert on how to properly use ai for art, whether it be prompting, or any other methods besides putting my art through ai. But I have a teeny little question. Which do you prefer? Mine, or ChatGPT’s?
Also I don’t know why, but ChatGPT refuses to rotate his torso to match the original sketch, please if you know why this is happening and/or how to fix it, please tell me, I want to get good at both mediums, so it’d be really helpful :]

Not trying to “challenge” witty, because usually the meme means that, but I don’t, just drew a silly meme :] oh, and for anyone wondering, the guy approaching witty is my pirate goober :]

Because orcs, catgirls, and the infamous black t shirt with white text that reads “ANTI” or “ANTI AI” is oh so original. Not saying antis are anymore original than pros, but they aren’t very original themselves. This post is meant to be a parody of Witty’s post, which I guess is kinda ironic, since this post itself isn’t very original

Let me start by saying, I’m near completely neutral in the greater ai debate. But of course, I have my opinions on things as we all do. So it very much confuses me when people express their opinions in ways that only serve to make your stance look worse. I see it in both sides, antis telling pros to commit self harm, death threats, and some actual crimes sprinkled in there, and pros aren’t innocent by any means, they also contribute to the cyber bullying, I will admit, antis do have some real bad apples who do not contribute anything to the argument, by committing genuine crimes. But the fact that it even reaches the point of arson, theft, harassment, bigotry, etc, is ridiculous. I don’t care who you are, whether you have many supporters, or little, respect is something everyone deserves over this debate. Take a step back, and think about the person on the other side of the screen, you don’t know much about them. But I believe that everybody deserves respect and kindness, you don’t have to agree and be best buddies, but you should always respect someone’s beliefs, opinions, and thoughts. Anyways, later tater haters. Stay positive, be kind, and have a good time.

So, you may occasionally see those people who want to “improve” artwork. You may see people who want to “desloppify” artwork. Both, are in fact, bad. Rude, mean, disrespectful, however you want to put it. But it sure ain’t good. Both sides of the ai debate have some bad apples who want to try and remake someone’s artwork using the tools from their side, whether be making an ai rendition, or any other art medium. Now if you ask that person and they say “go for it!” Or basically, give you permission, go ahead. But don’t go around “improving” or “desloppifying” art, because you one: make your side look worse. And two: make yourself look worse. I hope this was something everyone already knows. And if you do the things I brought up, have some respect, and be kinder. Remember people, stay positive, be kind, and have a good time.

I don’t get why it is that pros and antis on either side think making a comic depicting the other as lesser is good for their side. It isn’t. It makes your respective side look worse, by being rude. Whether it be ai users making ogres out of antis, or antis making fun of ai users for simply existing. Now you may be saying “Well antis do it more!” Or vise versa. I get that. But any amount of it is still not helping your side. You just look like a real mean piece of work. Anyways, later tater haters. Be kind, stay positive, and have a good time.

Once again, I have gone to ai, ran one of my drawings through it, to see and compare the two results. I still personally prefer the original, though the ai version is more colorful, and more detailed. I plan to do more of these every now and then. But I’d like to hear from all of you once again. Which do you think is better? My pencil drawing, or the ai rendition?

But my question is, what do you think is more important, really think hard about this, whats more important, agriculture, you know, food, the stuff we literally need to live, or data centers? While yes, the water usage of data centers is much, much smaller in comparison, it could still be put to more important things, for example, agriculture. Maybe I’m on crazy pills, maybe I’m not, but I’m curious now.
