I’d like to try fixing my light up hat, but not sure where to start. I would have to tear up the sewn brim to fix it, so I want to make sure I can fix it before I start trying. Hoping for some input on what you think the problem might be? Batteries are brand new.

H25-500 Box Emits High-pitched Whine
It does it whenever it is connected to power. Doesn’t matter if the TV is on or off. It’s super annoying, so I can’t imagine it’s supposed to do that. I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t so prominent. I can hear it above the TV volume! Hopefully it got picked up in the video.

What to do about specialty sized pants (32W 29L)
I’ve found that the pants that fit me best are 32 waist and 29 length. Any longer and the pants get chewed up under my heels. The “off-the-shelf” options are few and far between. Do you guys think it would be better to find brands that have readymade 32x29 pants or just buy more readily available 32x30 and have them tailored to fit? Option 2 just seems like a pain to have to do every time.

Verizon Home Internet Lite too good to be true?
Called my local store for info and they said it’s just the straight monthly cost. No activation fee, no set up fee, just $50. Granted, 25 mbps download is on the lower side of the spectrum, but I don’t really have a lot of bandwidth needs. Cable TV, Xbox 360, shitty laptop I can’t game on. Seems like it’ll be fine, but I can’t shake the feeling that I’m going to be screwed…

Help line doesn’t understand what a new customer is
Either I’m a dumbass or Verizon is braindead. Called to ask about setup information regarding Verizon Home Internet Lite. The guy I called spent 15 minutes trying to verify my account. I told him “I don’t have an account, I would be a new customer.” Could not get it through his head. I also suspect he was using an AI voiceover/translator, which I didn’t love.

Would there be a market for a historical NASCAR game where you race through the “eras” of NASCAR? I think it would be supremely interesting to race around Daytona Beach in a Hudson Hornet or scream around Talladega in a Charger Daytona. For example, where would the diamond end up after pawning an “average” engagement ring. Theoretically their quality isn’t going to degrade over time, so do they just go back into jewelry retail or do they get sold off for industrial uses? Is there a difference between natural and lab grown in this respect?
