Is there a mod that lets you use a free/fixed camera while still controlling Batman in Arkham City?

I’ve been messing around with the debug console in Batman: Arkham City and I’m trying to find a way to position the camera wherever I want while still being able to control Batman and fight normally.
The game has commands like Camera FreeCam, Camera Fixed, Camera NewMode, and ToggleDebugCamera, but whenever I use them I lose control of Batman and control the camera instead.
Does anyone know of a mod, console command, Cheat Engine table, or other workaround that would let me position the camera somewhere and keep it there while still controlling Batman? I’m basically trying to get custom cinematic camera angles during actual gameplay and combat.

Can Cheat Engine let me control the player while using a free/fixed camera in Batman: Arkham City?

I’m trying to set up a custom camera in Batman: Arkham City where I can position the camera wherever I want, leave it there, and still control Batman and fight normally.
The game has UE3 debug commands like Camera FreeCam, Camera Fixed, Camera NewMode, and ToggleDebugCamera, but whenever I use them I lose control of Batman and control the camera instead.
Would Cheat Engine be able to separate the camera from the player controls so I could freeze the camera position while keeping control of Batman? If so, what would I need to look for in Cheat Engine to do this?

UE3: Is there a way to use a fixed/free camera while retaining control of the player? Batman Arkham City

I’m messing around with the debug console in Batman: Arkham City, which runs on Unreal Engine 3. I’m trying to set up a custom camera angle while still being able to control Batman and fight normally.
Commands like Camera FreeCam, Camera Fixed, Camera NewMode, and ToggleDebugCamera let me change or detach the camera, but I immediately lose control of the player.
Is there a UE3 console command or other method that would let me position the camera somewhere, keep it fixed there, and then regain control of the player without resetting the camera?
I’m also open to editing config files or using another UE3 modding method if this isn’t possible through console commands.

Is there a way to control Batman while using the debug camera in Arkham City?

I’ve been messing around with the debug console in Arkham City and commands like Camera FreeCam, Camera Fixed, Camera NewMode, and ToggleDebugCamera.
The problem is whenever I switch to one of these camera modes, I lose control of Batman and can only control the camera.
Is there any command, mod, or workaround that lets me position the camera somewhere and then regain control of Batman while the camera stays in that position? Basically I want to be able to fight normally while using a custom/fixed camera angle.

How would you convert Black Flag’s reales into modern money?

I was curious what the Spanish reales in Black Flag would be worth in today’s USD, so I went looking for an inflation calculator for them and couldn’t find one.
What’s the modern equivalent of one Spanish real in USD?
I can find calculators that go back hundreds of years for British pounds, so I was surprised there doesn’t seem to be one for reales. Is there any way to estimate their value in today’s USD?

Looking for videos of the original voice actors reading the comics

I remember seeing a video where some of the original Avatar voice actors read scenes from one of the comics, but I can only seem to find one now.
I could’ve sworn there were several of these. Does anyone know where I can find them or have links to the others? Were they official, convention panels, live readings, or something else?
I’d really appreciate any help finding them!

Has anyone heard whether Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced will be coming to the Xbox Store on PC?

Has anyone heard whether Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced will be coming to the Xbox Store on PC?
Right now, I only see it listed on Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, and Steam. I’d prefer to buy it through the Xbox PC Store so I can keep my library in one place and unlock Xbox achievements.
Has Ubisoft said anything about an Xbox PC Store release, or does it look like it’s only launching on those other storefronts?

Looking for Hands-Free Binocular Glasses to Watch TV From Bed (Over Prescription Glasses)

I’m trying to find a pair of hands-free binocular glasses to wear while watching TV in bed. I have a 55-inch 4K TV that’s about 11–12 feet away, and I’d like to wear the binoculars over my prescription glasses. I’m not trying to see farther away. I just want the TV to look bigger so I can take better advantage of the 4K resolution without moving my TV or my bed.
I’ve been looking online, but it’s hard to tell what’s actually worth buying and what ends up being a gimmick.
Has anyone found a pair they’d recommend? Ideally, I’m looking for something around 2× magnification that’s comfortable to wear over glasses for a couple of hours, has a wide enough field of view to see the whole TV, and has good enough optics to make watching movies enjoyable.
I’d really appreciate any recommendations or firsthand experiences.

What Free Camera Mod/Tool Was Used for This Arkham City Boundary Break Video?

Does anyone know how the creator of this Boundary Break video was able to pause Arkham City, freeze the game, and move the camera around freely?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKI5esyTUX0

I've been trying to figure it out but haven't had much luck. Was it done with a free camera mod, Cheat Engine, a debug menu, or something else entirely?

If anyone knows what was used, where to get it, and how to set it up, I'd appreciate the help.

PC suddenly stopped booting after 2 weeks. One RAM stick works, the other doesn’t?

I’ve had this PC (9950X3D + RTX 5090 + 64GB DDR5) for about 2 weeks and it was working perfectly fine until today.
All of a sudden the PC powered on but there was no display, keyboard/mouse wouldn’t initialize, and the motherboard showed CPU + DRAM debug lights.
After troubleshooting, I found:
One RAM stick boots perfectly fine in the A2 slot
The second RAM stick by itself in the same exact A2 slot causes CPU/DRAM lights again and the system won’t POST
With only the working stick installed, the PC boots into Windows normally
Does this pretty much confirm the second RAM stick is defective, or is there anything else I should test first? I’d like to try and figure out a solution before immediately starting an RMA/replacement process if possible.

Did the creators ever talk about intentionally depowering the Avatar State after ATLA?

I’ve seen a lot of discussion over the years about how the Avatar State seems way less overpowered after the original show, especially in Legend of Korra. In ATLA it felt almost unstoppable, while later on it seemed more balanced and easier to challenge.

Have Bryan Konietzko, Michael Dante DiMartino, or any of the writers/producers ever directly talked about intentionally depowering or nerfing the Avatar State after the main show ended?

Looking specifically for interviews, commentary tracks, panels, art books, podcasts, etc. where they explain the reasoning behind the change if they ever did.
