Grusch disturbed Clappers controlled disclosure plan

That all of a sudden David comes out and says, "Hang on a moment. We're not just arguing here about whether there are aliens or not. What we're talking about here is a crash retrieval and reverse engineering program and I'm saying it's real." he says"

Grusch disappointed in Clapper: "he placed people in critical roles to manage this issue both publicly and non-publicly"

Here is a video where Grusch says Clapper managed the crash retrieval issue. He describes a "game of thrones" activity with multiple factions of the deep state, obama, clinton, trump involvement.

Coulthart: Elizondo worked in the Legacy Program

Elizondo is not in the "suppress reverse engineering" gatekeeper faction

If im understanding it right, Clappers plan initially was not to reveal reverse engineering (or not as fast as Grusch did it), but now that the toothpaste is out of the tube, it does. Still not full disclosure (abductions, agreements, etc), so it is definitely still controlled disclosure

Coulthart: I was very skeptical, but Trump and Miller are deadly serious about this topic

> (1) From 2009-2017, Lue operated the AATIP, a cover program for several National Security Council-led activities at the behest of DNI James Clapper.
