Randomly removed from app? (30M)

I recently retuned to Hinge after using it on and off. I made my account around 4:30pm and by the next morning I got an e-mail stating my account was removed stating that I "violated the app's terms of service" without stating a reason. I appealed and it was unsuccessful. I tried e-mailing them and just got the same generic "you've violated the terms of service and any future appeals will not be considered" has anyone else had to deal with this? I didn't even match or message anyone.

Gentleman 38mm is a miss. 18mm lugs, inferior movement and butterfly clasp.

2016 IS300 AWD. 107k miles, Trans fluid has never been replaced. I would like to keep the car as long as possible. Should I drain and fill or just leave it? It shifts fine accept when I get on it the downshifts can be a little harsh.
