if Exodus succeeds or does well, I hope it will open the branch for a potential Looter Shooter in the future.

like think about it, the lore and universe is huge enough to have almost an endless amount of potential and content

you have the game with the content cycle akin to warframe [to keep it grounded and not like other games try to do, no fomo basically] and the combat pacing akin to destiny 2, and it takes place in a part in the cluster where there's two star systems right smack near each other, so planetary travel is just a few days or weeks at most, allowing for an incredible amount of worldbuilding and dungeon like missions on various worlds

you could even call it Exodus Wardens, and instead of having pure space magic for our playable protagonists being able to handle dangerous factions or even potential hostile celestial or changeling factions, we have cybernetic or genetic augmentations, looking more and more posthuman alien or mechanical depending on the branch you prefer, and maybe cosmetic upgrades to look as human you want

for a potential traveling vendor like baro ki'teer from warframe or xur from destiny, you could have an allied traveler you made friends with who shows up every few weeks with rare resources or gear you can get access to

and you play as wardens, not travelers, those who defend their main homeworld or city of their homeworld and travel within their star system or the nearest one to avoid drastic time dilation

with multiple traveler dynasties, potential celestial and changeling strongholds or subfactions that you can ally or become enemies with, one of these ideas was a changeling race I wrote about a year ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/exodus/comments/1kfx628/fanmade_insectoid_changeling_race_concept_the/

some faction or world you can work with to get resources or gear to handle a potential dungeon or raid later on

the potential for the amount of story and content for this is almost endless because of how diverse and big the exodus universe is, and it's why I hope the game succeeds or does well so it could pave the road for ideas like this in the future, since destiny 2 and the franchise as a whole has been forcefully ended by sony, borderlands is in a mess, and warframe is pretty much the only game taking up the mantle of good looter shooters with rich worldbuilding and artstyle, and also because exodus is being worked on by ex bungie devs from what I heard which is why it's got that explorative mystical sci fi feel that destiny has.

welcome back biotoxin disinjector 2.0

I was very excited for the gun only to find out it's locked behind an event that's going to lead people into doing spawn rushing and wiping out lobbies, like as if dealing with top gear teams with biotoxin back in season 1 was already frustrating enough

I just hope we can get this gun again in the upcoming pve mode that'll get added later down the line if it's confirmed or not.

just completed the new war, all I can say it was karking amazing.

like I can't believe for a free game like this it has triple-a studio levels of quality and cinematics

going in without any guides is uh unique experience

I hope getting other frames won't be as annoying as this

THEY KARKING ADDED A SNIPER GRENADE LAUNCHER IN MARATHON

this is the first fps game in recent years that added a compact tank cannon weapon like this by the way and IT'S SO KARKING PEAK

u/Timothy-M7 — 7 days ago

I KARKING CAN'T BELIEVE IT THEY ACTUALLY DID IT

Bungie actually and literally added a sniper grenade launcher [a portable cannon] in Marathon

it's utterly beautiful, I can't express enough words of excitement that this gives me.

do I need to level up or highly upgrade my railjack to do the new war quest?

since doing railjack can be a bit frustrating at times and I don't know if it's a must have to have it fully kitted out to the new war quest.

Tweflth Arcitect with slight curvature.

I managed to color a sketch commission from an artist that I don't know will be active again to finish it, but he gave me the okay to refine, color, and share it as compensation.

and since all cogwork bugs like her [loreise] are psyborgs you can imagine that she has both some biomechanical parts like artificial muscles/tissues and organs with purely mechanical construction as well.

I just noticed this interesting lore piece from this [totally not overpriced] cosmetic, apparently alpha skitarii can get their entire cranium/skull replaced with a mechanical one.

like sure at first we got our reinforced skeleton and bodily augmented torsos in the character creation, but this here seems to be a nice nod to the older lore mentioning how some alpha skitarii are soo augmented that the only organics they have left is just their brain and nervous system, while everything else is synthetic/artifical organs and muscle, with mechanical parts.

Twelfth Architect, but with a bit of added curvature.

the artist I commissioned says this is a nearly complete linart, and I don't know when he'll finish it, but I can share these.
-
also picture her having some sort of synthetic or biomechanical muscle and parts, as well solid mechanical construction, a nice mix, since all cogwork bugs like her are psyborgs.

why is this solar rocket pulse rifle so rare to drop from the SRL mode?

it feels like a mini exotic whenever you see it show up

one of my favorite ornaments to be honest

like the gold and brown color combination is perfect for a steampunk aesthetic, and sad we never got anymore ornaments like it.
