My family rented a vacation house for the summer they have 4 rooms for the 5 of use my parents got one room my sister got her and my brothers got their there was no room for me so I just slept on the couch in the living room which I was fine with cause I’m used to it

My dad sat on the couch watching his show while I was sitting up stairs I doze off and woke up at 1:00 and went down stairs and the lights were off and I just slept on the couch I woke up to my dad shaking me saying I was laying on his hat I got up and his hat was under he up set that his hat was smashed and he wanted me to buy him a new one

I said NO cause he should’ve had left it on the couch knowing I sleep hear there’s a table and a counter he could put on or just could have took it up stairs with him my mom came down stairs and he told cause we were yelling she ask what happened and I told her and she told my dad he should’ve have left it on the he just went up stairs after that

For the rest of are time there it was just tension part me feels bad cause he just got that hat but part of me feel like it wasn’t my fault
