Went to Echo Park in Los Angeles and had a peaceful little morning
If you’re a SB native and haven’t been to this museum you’re missing out! And it’s free! A lot of people were there and seemed to be from out of town. A lot of history in there & a really cool place.
Peter J. Weber House in Riverside, it’s a hot one today. I really wish I could’ve added the door in, but also a very odd place to put a Marriott right next to the building. Unfortunate this building is hidden from view to the outside world. I think this is number 52 on the historic landmark list.
Beautiful morning capturing the Heritage House! I’ve got to find more open locations like this. Such a beautiful town. I think when I get a bigger sketchbook I’ll have to dive into the details of these homes.

Scoped the scene last night on maps, getting to the location I realized my sketchbook was too small and the detail was too intense for an hour session. This took 45 minutes

Got outside today, I work at a tattoo shop so luckily there’s always time for art. This location is across the street from me. This location is always packed so much that the line goes back towards the freeway entrance. Also any artists in the area you can always swing by for an art hang :)
Did a little painting across the street from the mission inn inside of molinos coffee. Great drinks, and the staff had to work so hard, there was only one person in there banging the drinks out, and working the register.
I’ve been painting before I go to work in Moreno Valley, and riverside just seems to be the best place to get some cool compositions. If anyone knows some cool spots in moval I could paint at let me know! Also if anyone wants to come and paint also let me know!
