Thinking of returning my Silverton XL

I've had some great cooks on it, but the temp swings are just too much for me. (+/-75 degrees) and that was after making sure to update the firmware and everything.

So I'm looking at maybe getting a Recteq Flagship, Searwood XL (or Smoque XL)

What are your recommendations? I paid 999 for the Silverton XL but I'm willing to put a *bit* more money in if the value is there.

Homemade Texas Hot Links

Dried overnight in the fridge. Smoked at 165 for two hours until it hit 145 internal. Shocked it in cold water and ice. Reheated at 275.

First cook on my new pellet grill

Beef short ribs. 225 until 160, wrapped and cooked until 203.

Absurdly tender.

First cook on my new smoker with my new CPT

I got my thermometer a few weeks ago, but haven't had the opportunity to use it. Got to test out the temp of my new smoker at the same time. Adjusting for the evaporative cooling, the thermometer is showing the smoker is operating almost dead on. Very pleased with how the thermometer is working with the booster and the display.

Second cook. One of the things I wanted a blackstone for the most

Marinated steak strips, peppers, onions, carrots, celery and noodles with my stir fry sauce. I could definitely get used to cooking like this
