I noticed screen tearing on my Legion 7i 16IAX10
Although I set my screen to 165 " the base version"
Gemini said set up G Sync but I am not able to find it on nVidia Control Panel
What would be the problem

I disabled legion space and vantage to run toolkit
suddenly Fn + R doesnt seem to respond unlike Fn + Spacebaar or Fn + Q
is this a must to have lenovo software to run this shortcut ?

what is the LOCK button next to PL1 and PL2 and The LOCK button next to MMIO
and also what does SYNC check box do and the check box next to PL1 and 2
i mean if i typed a PL1 value but the checkbox isn't checked does this mean it wont apply ?

I did a benchmark i got a better score and nothing but Thermal and EDP other
and everything was fine I guess, even in gaming temp maxed at 75
but i opened TS long after that and found yellow VR and EDB and Thermal all in yellow
they didnt appear while benchmarking
hope u find what's wrong

I have new Legion 7i 255 HX
When gaming my laptop showed 90s degrees and reached 102 105
been in this dilemma for a month now and it's taking over my mind
so i was searching the subject and been dwelling the undervolting area for too much
the tutorials are old and conflicting in someway , some people recommend decreasing core ratio
others dont
or should i decrease the power limit
or lower the graphics , knowing that the machine is capable of doing so with no much tweaks as videos i watched before buying doing so
or crack it open and change the paste " which makes no sense as watching the heat dissipate quickly and no hot spots "
IN SHORT how to metigate heat and if anyone has positive experience in undervolting please enlighten me
besides a cooler can't get one right now

all videos online is 5 and 3 years old and the recent ones are not elaborate or conflicting informations
I tried one of them and i got a very harmless CPU which is also 30 percent slower on Benchmarks

I have some questions for the experts
1stI undervolted my 255HX processor to -50 most stable
The benchmarks went from 6000 to 4200 Cinnabench 26
1 .Why and how to prevent that
2nd question
I closed " not minimized " the program I ran the test again
Same results
I restarted then voila back to 6000
I am trying to rule out if it's the undervolting or some other setting
I went back and set the FIVR values to ZERO
same 4200
In this stage idk if I need to restart or it's the other edits like TPL and Prochot or ESP I mean how to set things knowing they will work
Note : I disabled virtualization, undervolting protection, core isolation and enabled legion optimization

I am trying to use Throttle Stop to undervolt my 255HX processor and it keeps giving me CPU is not supported although I disabled Undervolting Protection and Virtualization and disabled Core isolation
Edit for people who are looking into the same problem U have to use 9.7.3 Version Max undervolting to the HX processors is -50mV It's not a big difference anyways

I was playing GOW found the keyboard unusually hot
checked temps and it was 102 c
did my research
got many answers BUT what i wanna know
how do u guys "diagnose"
people said repaste , decrease graphic quality , power limit and undervolt
other users just play
what's wrong with my unit that i have to tweak it 1st

ازاي اعرف ان المشكله اللي عندي ان الكارت ضعيف عاللي بشغله فاقلل الاعدادات
او ان الجهاز فيه مشكله في الهيت بايبس وكدا
او ان كله تمام بس محتاج اغير معجون واجيب ثيرمال باد
وازاي استخدم المودس بتاعت لينوفو
يعني امتي اشغل بيرفورمانس وكوايت اذا كان كوايت بيطلع صوت اقل ونفس الجرافيكس وحراره اقل

بدات ادور في الموضوع وسمعت بقي كل ما لذ وطاب احنا هنغير معجون وتبقي تمام

حد تاني يقولي قلل الفريمات
حد تالت يقولي اعمل اندر فولتنج
حد رابع يقولي ادهل اعمل شويه تويكس .. كل الريفيورز جربوا اللاب مجابوش كل الحراره دي

I just get worried whenever I feel like I lost that version or looks of windows

my worry is there are some features and things that happen right now like when i pull the charger it automatically be 60 Hz how can i keep that for the future
and any advices for the fresh install , usefull tricks or settings u enable
