But arguably their best player off the bench has yet to have a standout game in this series.

Mitch absolutely dominated the Cavs’ Mobley and Allen 3 years ago in the first round (NYK won 4-1).

Now the Cavs, down 0-2, will be ready to play desperate tomorrow night at home… This team came back from a 0-2 lead to defeat the Pistons in 7 games. Knicks have to be focus; Robinson should be ready to come off the bench and kill!

In the 2023 series against the Cavaliers, Mitch played approx 28 minutes a game and dominated them.

It was a 5-game series. The Knicks and Cavs have had several big changes to their lineup since then.

But the Cavs have yet to acquire a player off the bench to matchup with Mitch.

Coach Atkinson to attempt to match Allen’s minutes with Mitch and/or do a "hack-a-Mitch".

Coach Brown should of course lookout for this strategy and counter it with multiple lineup changes (as he has done so well throughout the playoffs).

Not necessarily your favorite song, but the one you repeat the most on your Walkman/CD/MP3 Player/Car…

This is such a perfect scenario for the Knicks!

OG, who was already seen practicing, gets a couple more days to heal the calf injury… Meanwhile the Cavs & Pistons will have another 48 minutes of competitive basketball to play.

Knicks are facing a team that’s had 2 consecutive 7 game series while resting for 7+ days.

It’s up to you… New York! New Yorkkkkk!

At some point, you just get tired of losing! The dominance in the team’s performance during the last 6 games is an indication of their frustration.

This is what championship teams look like… No matter who comes out of the Cavs/Pistons series, the Knicks are playing angry! An experienced, well coached, rested and talented team is a nightmare.

Game 6 will be in Cleveland on Friday night.

Not necessarily my fav movie, but right now it’s on repeat.

He suffered a Grade 1 Hamstring injury at the end of Game 2 in MSG against the Sixers.

A sports doctor said the injury would take 2 weeks to heal… So since the ECF is scheduled to commence on May 19th, that gives OG nearly 14 days since the injury took place (May 6th) to rest.

The Knicks will have at least a week off no matter what happens in the Cavs/Pistons series!

So now it’s time to rest their bodies (especially OG and KAT) while reviewing a lot the film on both potential opponents.

The Knicks have a real good shot to make the NBA Finals and wise men never play with their blessings! 🏆
