Store manager here, we get about 5-10 straps a week in our change order. Sometimes sequential, sometimes not.

I am on routine checking the straps ever since I started collecting a few years ago. Today we received 67836200 through 67836899 and I was able to pull this nice, clean repeater out of one of the straps.

I was browsing new listings recently and came across a listing with stock photos of the SNES edition 3DS priced at only $320. Seller didn't have much feedback so I asked about it and he offered to take it down to $300, so I took the deal.

It arrived this week and it's a working New 3DS XL in outstanding condition. It is also unexpectedly modded and completely PACKED out with games.

I feel very excited about my purchase, but I was curious to figure out if it's maybe a reshell? I feel like there must be "a catch" as there always is with deals that seem too good to be true..

I paid about $340 after shipping and fees which is in the ballpark of a modded New 3DS XL, so the price would make more sense if it's a reshell- I didn't know if there were any obvious tells that it was a shell swap.

Either way I'm super happy and wanted to share as I have searched for this for the last 6-7 years, and happy to have it in my collection no matter what!

I think it is kinda cool how it's 6 "5's" on a $5 bill. I know a 6 in a row is an automatic keeper. Would non-consecutive 6 of a kind be like a no-brainer keeper or not so much?

Personally I think that Galaxy cover goes kinda HARD!

Ironically this is the lowest serial I've ever found, unfortunately it's a $20. My previous lowest was 8588

I picked out some titles from my collection that I I've enjoyed playing (some more than others admittedly). I am also curious to hear of some other titles that are in the same ballpark as games like these. Thank you!
