I subscribed to a lot of podcasts on Android app. But every time I reset my phone or get a new phone, I have to go in and change the auto archive setting for each one. I consume a lot of news in. Most of them are set to Episode Limit of One. I don't want to Delete after 24 hours if for some reason I can't get to it, and some are hourly.

Is there a way to save the settings off to a json file so that I can maintain them locally and use them after I reset a phone.

Restoring from a backup does not restore the settings.

I use the free version of Proton Pass (although I did recently upgrade to a paid version of proton VPN, which seems much more reliable and stable than Nord).

I do a lot of travel, and I am thinking of creating one of my 10 aliases to use with various travel companies, such as airlines, hotels, and Expedia. I see a lot of horror stories about people getting locked out of their Gmail, and I don't really want to trust it for anything critical.

Would using one alias with my actual name as a prefix for travel be a good practice? Please give some advice on the best way to go here.
