Finally took the shot
It's the Lenovo Lecoo Bellator 7000, it has a RTX 5060 115W, R9-8945HX, 32GB DDR5 and a 1tb ssd along with a 180Hz 1600p 500 nits screen for roughly 1240 bucks. I think i got a pretty good price all things considered and I hope this lasts me since aside from gaming I also do modelling and engineering stuff.

I'm going to uni soon and I've been eyeing this tablet
Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad 2025 (Pad 11 2025)
It has 8gb of ram and a 128gb storage, I'm only gonna use it for note taking as already have a laptop and a phone with 1.5 tb in total. It also has an 11 inch, isp 2.5 screen with 400 nits for about 140 bucks. Should i buy it?

Why is my gpu util not at 99?
My laptop has a 5060 115w tgp and a r9 8945hx so it can't possibly be a cpu bottleneck. It's also running in descerete mode and extreme mode in the bios. What can I do to increase the gpu util?
