For 2 months now i have been experiencing constant vaginal itching. I went to the gyno and was swabbed and tested negative for everything in the beginning of April and my symptoms began to get worse. The itching eventually spread into my anus and i have been experiencing constant itching in both areas. I tried Fluconazole thinking it was a stubborn yeast infection but the medication didnt help. My symptoms just got worse and now im having itching, redness, burning in the vagina, and dryness. If i have sex with my boyfriend its painful during and after(which has never happend before) for hours even into the next day with swelling, redness, burning and being super dry to the point where it hurts. i went back to the gyno and requested a PCR test since she refused to the first tine. This time it came back with Enterococcus faecalis and Group B Streptococcus(GBS) and i was told to take amoxicillin for a week. My question is how would i get something like this? Are these all common symptoms and has anyone else experienced anything similar? I’m worried the medication isn’t going to clear it. Im 26 and have been with the same partner for two years. Edit: i just went back and compared my test results to last time i was having itching and similar symptoms which was in 2024 when i first starting dating my current boyfriend and i tested positive back then for the same two things plus Ureplasma and was only treated for the Ureplasma. Could he be carrying these and spreading them back to me or could i have been carrying it this whole time?

The past month i have been experiencing itching in my vagina. I took two rounds fluconazole because i thought it was yeast and that med usually makes it go away fast. This time it did nothing. After another week of itching i took Clindamycin because i have had BV before and the symptom i always start out with is itching. Medication didnt seem to work. Went to the gyno and had a full panel swab done, all negative. Has anyone tried these creams? Im reading horrible affects from them and now i dont even want to try them. Im miserable. Its effecting my relationship. Im 26 and extremely healthy. Only ever had BV 3 times my whole life and nothing else really ever. Been with the same person for two years. I use unscented soap and wear all cotton everything. The past month I’ve been not even wearing underwear at all. I need any advice and answers. Nothing like this has ever happend to me before and im so depressed over this. Im in pain.

The itching spread to my rectum area as well and its driving me insane. I took diflucan twice a few weeks ago with no refief which it usually helps. I tried Clotrimazole 1% vaginal cream for a week. I inserted it inside because thats what it says on the box. I got my period a day after i was done with the tube and all the itching came back right after my period was over. I tried to have sex with my boyfriend 2 days ago and it was so painful which has never happend and ever since my labia has been swollen and red, im burning inside and in pain. Went back to the gyno today and she is at a loss. Could the Clotrimzole cream be making me feel worse? What could be happening??? I need answers

I have been experiencing itching for over a month now with no answers and im going insane. Im 26 and extremley healthy and never have issues really at all down there. But a month ago i started experiencing some slight itching and thought it was BV since i have that a few times and it always starts with itching. I took a script of Clindmycin i had trying to get ahead of it. A week later no relief and ended up with a yeast infection. Took Diflucan which always gets rid of my symptoms within a day. Not this time. I went to the gyno at the start of April and had swabs done, all negative. I went again at the end of April and again all negative. Im getting full panel swabs for STD’s and Ureplasma since i have had that before years ago. The itching never stops and its spead to my butt area too and its unbearable. My gyno refuses to help anymore and wants to throw me to a specailist which will take months to get into. I even tried Clotrimazole cream for a week with some relief but then i got my period and the itching all came back right after my period was over. Any advice is needed. Im so confused why this is happening. I have been with the same person for 2 years and i got BV twice in the start and have not had any issues since. Im miserable. I wear all cotton and i use the same products always.
