time limited reviews

Am planning a trip in a couple of weeks and read reviews of hotels. Some of them are more than 10 years old. Don't you think that after at least 5 years they should be removed? Either there will still be the same issue or they will have improved, but 10 years is a lifetime

which side of border should we go?

We are doing a circle trip to Thunder Bay from southern Ontario this summer. Was just planning up and back on 11 and 17. But now I am looking at how close we come to Quebec from North Bay to New Liskeard. In that stretch of highway, which would be more scenic? The 101 in Quebec or 11? I used to live in Northern Ontario but am not familiar with this area.

2018 Soul

soooooo I am thinking of putting in a new engine. My Soul only has 125 k on it. Any used vehicles I look at are going to cost me more than the 11k I was quoted for a new motor. Then today I thought of the transmission. Should I just change the fluid in it and then pretend like I have a whole new vehicle that will last years? Are there issues with transmissions and Souls? Are the new engines free from the piston issue that is killing this Soul?

Oil consumption test

So had the test today at dealership on my 2018 Soul. Cylinder scoring they say. Might last 2 years if I just keep putting oil in it he said. I've put 2 quarts in since last oil change 2000 mi ago. Or for 11 k he could put new engine in. OR wait until engine light flashes and I hear tikking and LUA would replace .y engine for free. Is he full of it? I DONT UNDERSTAND. WHO WOULD YOU CONTACT TO SEE IF THIS is true?

2018 kia soul

HI. I've liked my soul...I've had it for 6 years. But now it is starting to really use oil. I'd say at least a liter for 2000 km. TRYING to get it into a dealership since I figure they should know best what is with it. Is there hope? Is all lost? It has 124000 km on it and I've always changed the oil when it is due.

I say TRYING because they all seem to have online bookings and I pick one weeks away and then they call me a week later and say o no. You can't have that appointment. I think I have one now but who knows?

Do you still think the 2000$ retention bonus is enough? It's been that for what 10 years? It's time for a raise. Minimum wage has gone up even more since the bonus started. No wonder they are always short drivers. I think at least another 500 dollars a year
