Need help/suggestions

I'm from Nashik and currently studying Computer Science at SPPU University. I've just finished my 6th semester exams, and before the next semester starts, I want to use this break to gain some real work experience.

I'm mainly looking for entry level in web development, especially roles involving React. Internships, part time, full time, freelance work, or junior developer roles.

Remote, on site or hybrid, I am comfortable with anything as long as on is in Pune or Nashik.

So far I've completed some Full stack and data science certification cources. Btw, I've seen this trend in Nashik, some companies post entry level and internship jobs on LinkedIn and when I try to contact them it turns into a cources and they call it 'Internship' and that they'll select students for actual jobs. They didn't.

Also few people who did get back to me ended up trying to recruit me into MLM/network marketing schemes disguised as "business opportunities" or "meetings." This has happened twice now. I only apply to tech-related listings, so it's been pretty discouraging.

If anyone has suggestions on:

Better places to find legitimate entry-level web development jobs, companies that hire students or freshers, Communities, Discord servers, job boards, or local groups worth checking out, I'd really appreciate the help.

Wifi speed fluctuations

Hardware: Dell G15 5520 Laptop

Dual boot with Windows

Instance 1: Major wifi speed fluctuations during download with periodic highs and lows

Instance 2: While playing the game 'Hitman WoA' connection keeps disconnecting

This doesn't happen while performing speed tests, downloading software updates, general browsing and internet usage

Any help will be appreciated

p.s for some reason a partition is visible in both OS, so I use that drive (158 GB) as the steam library so that I can try games in both os

So far, although Cachy gives me far better resource utilization, it also heats up the GPU more than Windows while playing

Help me customize please

Hello there✋👋

I am new in this whole environment and want to customize my desktop (KDE Plasma)

This is what I've done so far. I'd really appreciate some tips on how to micro manage some stuff like the taskbar:

The Cachy Application Launcher is wayy in the left and I'd like if it's with the others but in its separate bubble.

I tried pinning more items and reducing task manager size manually but it'll also reduce the size of icons which I don't want

P. S, it's a dual boot in a low end gaming laptop so nothing TOO flashy. (Tried 4k stuff from wallpaper engine and the whole screen blanked out, had to restart the Plasma env)
