I’ve been playing high pop solo (800+) wipe day and have been having trouble getting bp drags. I think the solution is selling stuff but when I sell 1k sulf or 50 crude for a fragment it never sells till tmr. So is there anything I could sell that gets me a fragment on wipe day?

anybody know any base that’s one of those 2by 1‘s that are like vertical and are really cheap to make and have peaks super early on. idc about raid cost as long as if I open a couple of doors I don’t get deeped on. also what are the vertical 2 by 1s called?

now when I say PvP tricks I am talking about

jiggle peaking with back out and alt looking

jumping on barricades

jump peak

jump peak into shooting around a corner

quick peak and shoot into alt look back into cover

are there any more that I am missing?

I am a solo with 4k hours and in a high pop server (800+) can get a t2 or close to one on wipe using this strategy.

if your early go rush cards but if your to late for that get a base down somewhere in the jungle to farm low grade and recycle and farm for tarp. build a boat and go live next to oil. win some fights do underwater diving sites and you will have guns,comps, and hopefully if you do good enough a base that’s built up using the diesel at stone quarry.

i made this post because I don’t like my strategy. it takes to long to get a boat up and for some reason large groups always love to live next to t1 monuments and roam as a 12 man stunning progression. and boats are always raided so fast.

So I wanted to ask you guys, what’s your high pop strategy for rust? list the pop you play with it and only include what you do on wipe day thanks a ton! I am using this to learn of others.

look before you say anything I have tried looking for hours and I mean it I would spend like a quarter of my day looking for base designs that fit my needs but can never find one. so I decided to leave it in the hands of Reddit.

so I am a solo who snowballs on oil rig and I would love a base like this:

great peaks not normal peaks were you get shot easily

an open core anywhere in the base doesn’t have to be in the starter

no bunker or externals

no free hand for peaks or anything at all

as low cost as possible

tall enough to safe land mini

good raid defendability

okay now some stuff you should know is that I could care less about raid cost threw walls or roofs I just need a couple doors before getting any loot. I don’t need any offline protection in any way like bunkers or stuff ( I usually play for 2 days a wipe). having a spot for an auto turret would be nice and an oil refinery.

anyways thanks ahead of time I know this is a tall order but I’ve been on the hunt for a long time and I hope maybe someone on here might know a base like this.

I have been trying a ton of different play styles and strategies but no matter what I do I cant get a base location that allows me to get t3 on wipe without running into pure groups. I want to make this clear when I say this that it’s not that I expect to get t3 wipe it’s just I want to live in one spot and be able if I win all fights to get t3 on wipe but when ever I build some where that allows me to do that I run into constant 3+ mans and as a solo it makes it extremely hard when you just starting prim. so could you please let me know your strategys/playstyles for avoiding groups of med to high pop. The game in question is rust but if you don’t know about it it’s really cpu heavy having a large map loaded at all times with tons of objects and people in it. Around 100-800 people on a map all rendered.

What is the absolute best guy for rust? And which is the absolute best CPU for rust on a budget.

This is a completely open mind post. I want to hear from solos what is there absolute favorite server to play on. It doesn’t have to have a solo group cap.

Although this seems like a simple question I know absolutely no server that has revolvers only and has a player base that plays in it, meaning I can’t just death match it till I am good.

Some things to know:

For some reason I can’t hit nothing when it’s normal sights but when I use the skin that cuts out like the whole sight I can actually it some shots.

I know no severs that I can practice revolver in.

I want to eventually become so good with it that I can rival t2 or maybe even t3 and I mean with the use of barricades and game sense.

So is it just me being bad or is revolver just trash idk man I don’t think it’s the gun but I just have no idea were my bullets are going.

Please help out in any way you can.

I am looking for the highest pop pve server we’re PvP is only at monuments and I don’t want it to have like custom monuments or extra random junk just think of it like vanilla and pve but PvP at monuments

Okay so I can track pretty good in aim training right but the second I add recoil into the mix my tracking suffers a lot. Now don’t think I am a noob and didn’t practice the recoil I did for a lot of hours were I talking it’s been in my practice regiment for the time I started playing the game and my recoil is insane standing crouching but the second I move it turns to trash.

I have been thinking about rust scripts but am not sure if they contain any malware or viruses could you check some by moonlight poac they use the same one so that one will do. I am completely dumb when it comes to finding virus so this could help a lot thanks! (Also this is rust pc not console)

I always see posty moving a mini like it’s a car on land and I have 0 idea on how to do it and when I search it up it thinks I am talking about a real helicopter or a helicopter that’s rusted. Please help me figure it out.

Now I know “just playing the game” gets you some type of game sense. But I want to learn the most efficient and effective way. Here’s some of the questions I will like to ask you.

What is the best pop to learn game sense (because 300 pop is going to play way differently than 800 pop)

What are the best wipe schedules to learn game sense? (Better players are on weekly’s and there’s not a turret in every bush like in monthly’s)

Does the monument that I main effect anything?

Stuff to know:

I have 3.6k hours okay game sense and good aim I do it all solo and have got play wipes with about 3 boxes of guns being my best on wipe day in 800 pop so it’s not like I am horrible but I assume that the reason of it being not consistent good wipes is my game sense must be lacking and I want to improve it to my best that I can. Even if I happen to be wrong for the reason I don’t have cons isn’t okay at least wipes still answer the question about game sense please.

I was wounding if when aim training or any training if not focusing actually makes you not improve. I will give you two examples so you can understand what I am talking about:

Real example (happened today): well aim training in Allan’s I found myself thinking about what I will eat later in the day but still reached a new high score I wasnt focused on aim training but what I what’s for dinner. It’s not like I wasn’t trying just letting my mind wander off.

Made up example: playing a death match to get better but think about something else well playing. Still trying but thinking about something else.

What’s your guys thoughts?

Before you say just practice in ukn let me explain. So I tried two ways one way of just counteracting the recoil until it feels good and I get advance well doing this but then I try actually reading the pattern to get it good and I only get 60 percent. I am willing to put in the hours to practice it but I want to get it near perfect. It seems like no matter what I do I can’t improve it. It’s like it’s actually random. And tips that someone can tell me?

I already have tried the registry for windows and making a LodAdj string with it having 15 as the value but it didn’t work I am guessing it’s because the game I am playing is rust and is much newer but is there any other way to forcefully lower my games quality?
