Sinto que o meu avô com 90 anos e bastante lúcido para a idade que tem anda bastante em baixo desde que perdeu a minha avó, tendo em conta que já passaram alguns anos e para o ajudar a fechar o ciclo do luto distraindo-se um bocado, gostava de voltar a trazer ao de cima o bichinho da leitura que havia nele.
Ele gosta bastante da história mundial dos anos 40 até aos 80, é o período favorito dele só que não sei se haverá algo com uma escrita descomplicada para que ele consiga entender. Também não queria dar-lhe algo direcionado para crianças porque não deve ter a profundidade que ele gosta mas ao mesmo tempo um livro desses "a sério" seria demasiado denso
Espero que entendam o meu dilema. O que recomendariam?

I am scared of messing up the waterslide decals, any special care I should have when applying decals that could probably be 40 years old? Any special tools needed other than the basic qtip, pliers and water? Thank you
Decide to go to a nearby beach, didn't make it all the way there because I turned around when battery dropped to 50%, maybe I should have put energy recovery to high from the beginning. 25kmh starts to feel slow after a while and 28km on a single charge feels short for this kind of ride even though it is more than what I need daily (9km). For 250€, I can't complain.

When I first got it, it had some pictures in it and I could see 2 out of 5 but after fiddling with it the camera for a while all 5 pictures showed "file error". I don't remember if I tried to format the floppy or not but it is acting this way. I also can't connect it to the PC via USB because it seems it can't read the floppy disk, it gets stuck on a loop doing the same noise it does after I take a picture and before it gives the format error. I tried with another old floppy disk from my mom's school years but same thing happens, it is an old floppy so that might also be the cause

Tem uns sites que diz que isso aumenta o efeito do Retinol e tem outros que dizem que não deve ser usado em conjunto com o retinol... Não entendo muito do assunto então vou deixar aí abaixo minha rotina e uma foto minha pra vocês avaliarem se faz sentido usar na minha pele ou não. Tenho 31 anos

Hi guys, I'm in the market for a Mavica and I feel really confused the by the models as there are so many. My use case would pretty much be japanese cars from the 80s and 90s meets. I really want to capture that look that people doing 90s JDM Gran Turismo on Playstation Best Motoring/Hot Version nostalgia bait try to recreate so hard and my preference gravitates towards the floppy disk models but I'm open to explore disk ones and reach a happy compromise of price vs aesthetic. I would also be doing the usual travel photography of anything I find interesting or pretty but it is mostly for cars especially japanese ones from 80s and 90s as I already said above

Pixel 9 Pro XL user, I'm travelling recently and I want to have a reliable tracker in case I lose my baggage. The devices overall seem pretty cheap so I don't mine going for the best of the best. Is the Moto Tag 2 the best one I could get or should I look into others like Chippolo or Ugreen? I've used Ugreen products before and I'm very satisfied with them so I also would not mind getting one from them.
In the future I also intend to get a tracker for my car and for my electric scooter so a good UI is also something I would like
Today, Sunday morning, I, was at a basketball game at the scorer's table with another two girl friends that were working the scoreboard/clock and the shot clock.
At the end of the game where teams greet each other, one of the teams came to the table to greet us and this girl that was part of the coaching staff shook my hand while making a lot of eye contact and then greeted my two friends.
After the girl went away my friends noticed the eye contact she made with me and said she was very clearly interested in me. I dismissed it because I thought she was just acknowledging me and that she also made that eye contact with the two girls but she didn't
While everyone was leaving we crossed paths again and I could see she was making eye contact with me from far away, she kept it all the way until I broke it right after she wished me a nice Sunday. I broke it because it was making me uncomfortable and kind of nervous because.
I am 31 and I don't remember the last time a girl made eye contact with me in such a passionate way as she did and I just felt like I lost a very rare chance there
Although I feel like I am getting better in terms of looks in my late 20s and early 30s, I don't feel like I was attractive growing up and even in college I don't remember having an easy time with girls. I am a bit sad because had I have been in more situations like this, I would've had probably kept my cool and would not have had shied away from her eyes...
