so I'm thinking of getting into the whole e scooter craze and i was wondering what are some good options to start off with. I'm 190 lbs and the most i could possibly travel is like 10 miles and i would like some decent speed. any recommendations?

so I'm starting my first shift (guest services) saturday and i was wondering what to expect to do that day. also i wanted to try and get a guard card and i was wondering what the average day in security is and if it's hectic or not.

so i got a job with allied at an arena and I'm doing guest services as my first shift saturday. i wanted to get my guardcard cause of the amount of jobs that can open up. i was wondering what is in the daily life of a security guard at an arena and how much can i expect to be hands on with people.

so i applied for event staff for the alamodome and went through the whole orientation process and I'm at the part where i schedule my availability and confirm schedule. i applied for july the 4th yesterday and i was wondering how long does it take for the 'confirm my schedule' to update so i can actually confirm that day.

so I'm looking for good and comfortable shoes for my first job which is event staff at an arena and I'm gonna do a LOT of walking and my budget isn't big by any means my store choice is walmart currently. any recommendations? (MUST BE BLACK) preferably under $100, idk if that's unrealistic or not

so i applied to be event staff at the alamodome on the 17th and haven't really heard anything else yet and was just wondering. i check my application status and it still says 'Under Review' and the last update was the 22nd.

so i went in my maxed out cyclops and some food thinking it was just gonna be a linear trip but NOPE I've seen playthroughs before and knew what was down there but actually playing is horrifying when you see the dragon. and on top of that i got lost and searched trying to find an exit and by what can only be described as divine luck i found an exit through the lost river.

if i were to have a EDC pistol with those specifications without breaking the bank what would it be? I've looked at the 19x but i was wondering if there are other options

so i had this account for less than a year and i don't know how exactly everything works, i had trouble buying a game off steam and when i clicked 'add a new mailing address' my po box address isn't there anymore. is it just gone now or is it still connected somewhere in the app.

so ny suster recently completed her course for getting a license and she said she did it online and then took the test. idk if this is the right subreddit to ask but did anyone else use this process? if so is it easy?

so I've been using the same old razor for a while now and it feels like a hassle whenever i shave, I'm looking for an upgrade and a few posts recommended the bodygroom 7000. is it a good product and does it provide a clean shave or close to it?

so idk how common it is to have that phone number you can text to apply on a banner outside the store and i was wondering has anyone ever used that to apply for the job.

i plan to carry this in my pocket whenever i go out and i pass by a decent amount of detectors mostly in stores. will the lighters set them off?
