Wrote my first guitar solo for an original song

Needs a bit of polishing, but I'm really proud of this. Feedback is welcome.

Overthinking this math-rock sort of riff I wrote at 3 AM

Does this actually sound good or am I just sleep-deprived?

I'm a Founder of a UX/UI & Web Dev Agency. Let's swap clients + 12% commission

I'm looking to set up a simple, two way referral pipeline with marketing and lead gen founders.

The Setup:

  • For you: If you drive traffic for a client but their outdated website is killing conversions, send them to us. We handle UX/UI design, Graphic, and Web Development. You get a flat 12% commission on the closed deal, an easy way to monetize that web design gap without doing the work.
  • For us: Our clients constantly ask for ads or lead gen once their new site is live. We don't touch marketing that much, so I need a proven partner I can confidently hand those warm leads over to.

Why trust us? We run a strictly value based practice with no generic templates, just clean, architectural design. I know sending a referral puts your reputation on the line, so my goal is to deliver an experience that makes you look good for recommending us.

Shoot me a DM if you want a reliable partner to trade leads with, and let's see if we are a good fit.

I run a creative agency. Let's swap clients + 12% commission (Looking for Marketing/SMMA Partners)

I’m looking to partner up with growing Marketing and Lead Generation founders for a mutual referral setup.

  • What we get: Our clients frequently ask us for ongoing marketing or lead generation campaigns after a build. We don't do marketing, so we need a trusted partner to route those clients to.

[Partnership] I run a UX/UI & Web Dev Agency. Let's swap clients + 12% commission (Looking for Marketing Partners)

Hi everyone. I run a UX/UI and Web Development agency, and I’m looking to partner up with established marketing, SEO, or advertising founders for a simple, mutually beneficial referral setup.

Here is how I picture the structure:

  • What’s in it for you: We all know the pain of driving great traffic for a client, only to watch those leads bounce because their website is outdated. When you spot that conversion leak, refer them to us. We’ll step in to handle the high fidelity UX/UI, Web development, or even graphic tasks like pitch decks and branding. We provide a flat 12% commission for any closed deal you send our way.
  • What’s in it for us: Our clients frequently ask us for ongoing SEO, marketing, or paid ads after their build is done. We don't do marketing, so instead of leaving them hanging, I want a trusted partner I can confidently route them to.

A quick background on us: We didn't start with a massive marketing plan. We actually built this business entirely on word of mouth. Our very first project came from a completely random personal connection. We just put our heads down and focused entirely on delivering a solid, high performance result. Because of that single project, the client immediately referred three more businesses to us, allowing us to build our portfolio from scratch.

Since then, we’ve expanded to building sites and assets for everyone from healthcare clinics to international marketing firms.

We run a strictly value based practice with no generic templates, just clean, architectural design. I know that giving a referral puts your own reputation on the line, so I will make sure anyone you send our way gets a premium experience that makes you look great for recommending us.

If you run a complementary B2B digital service and want a reliable dev partner in your corner to swap clients with, drop a comment or shoot me a DM. Let's see if we're a good fit.

[Looking For] B2B Referral Partners: Let's swap clients + 12% commission (For Marketing, SEO & Lead Gen Agencies)

Hi everyone. I'm the founder of a PH-based UX/UI and Web Development agency, and I’m looking to partner with established marketing, SEO, or lead gen agencies for a mutually beneficial referral setup.

The Partnership Structure:

  • What you get: If you are driving traffic or running cold outreach for a client, but their current website is outdated and bleeding leads, refer them to us to fix the conversion leak. We handle high-fidelity UX/UI, Web development, and graphic tasks (pitch decks, branding). We provide a flat 12% commission for any closed deal you refer.
  • What we get: Our design clients frequently ask us for ongoing SEO, lead gen, or paid ads after a build. We don't do marketing, so instead of leaving them hanging, we want to route them to a trusted local partner.

Background on our agency: We built our business purely on word-of-mouth. Our first project actually came from a random personal connection. We focused completely on delivering a solid, high-performance result. Because of that single project, the client immediately referred three more businesses to us, allowing us to build our portfolio from scratch.

Since then, we’ve expanded to building sites and assets for local clinics up to international marketing firms.

We run a strictly value-based practice, no generic templates. Whoever you refer to us will get a premium experience, ensuring you look good for recommending us.

If you run a complementary digital service business and want a reliable partner in your corner to swap clients with, send a DM and let's discuss.

Looking for B2B Partners + 12% commission, for Marketing & Lead Gen Agencies

I run a PH-based UX/UI and Web Development agency with solid traction, and I’m looking to partner with established marketing, SEO, lead gen, or ad agencies.

I want to set up a simple, two-way referral street. We handle UX/UI, Web development, mobile app design, and high-end graphic tasks (pitch decks, branding assets, etc.).

If you are driving traffic or running cold outreach for a client, but their current website is outdated and bleeding leads, or if they need a polished pitch deck or app design before a big launch, you refer them to us. When our design clients ask for ongoing SEO, lead gen, or paid ads (which we don’t do), we refer them to you.

Why you can trust your clients with our agency:
We built our entire foundation on the power of word-of-mouth.

When we started out, our first project came from a random personal connection. We just put our heads down and delivered a solid result that they immediately referred three more clients to us. That single project basically built our portfolio and proved that good work speaks for itself.

Since then, we’ve expanded to building high-performance sites, and assets for both local and international brands, from premium clinics to US-based marketing firms

We run a strictly value-based practice. We don’t use generic templates, and I’ll make sure anyone you send our way gets a premium, architectural design experience that makes you look good for recommending us.

The mechanics: We both become a trusted resource for each other’s clients. If you refer a client that closes, we provide a flat 12% commission, and we'd look for a similar setup for the clients we send your way.

If you offer complementary digital services and want a reliable PH-based design and dev agency in your corner, drop a comment or send me a DM and let's see if we're a good fit.

I built a successful design agency before I even had a website. BUT...

When my partner and I started the business, we didn't have any marketing set up. We didn't even have a landing page.

Our first client actually came from a totally random connection. The sister of my partner’s boss casually mentioned to him that we were starting a UI/UX and Webflow dev business, and he ended up reaching out to have us redesign their company site.

We took the project and just focused completely on delivering a solid result. It worked out perfectly. Because of that one site alone, we got three more clients straight from his referrals. Collected some great testimonials and basically built a really solid portfolio from scratch just by doing good work.

But to be completely honest, things are real tough right now man.

The pipeline is completely dry. I don't have any active clients at the moment, and business funds are sitting uncomfortably close to zero. On top of that, my business partner recently had to step away for family reasons, so I'm running everything solo now.

Marketing is just extremely hard for me. It’s really not my forte at all. My strength has always been in the actual design and dev work, not selling myself.

For those of you who run agencies or service businesses solo, have you ever hit a wall like this where your referral pipeline just completely died? How did you bounce back and get momentum going again when funds were this tight?

So I’m just putting this out there. My approach is strictly value-based. I build things that look great and drive results. If you need a solid website and would rather work with someone who just puts their head down and does good work instead of using flashy sales tactics, maybe we can talk.

Riding solo on zero budget. My agency has traction and testimonials but my partner just left. What is the next move?

I run a design agency doing UI/UX and Web Development. We have always pushed a value based model to give clients actual growth instead of just billing for hourly tasks.

The crazy part is the work is actually speaking for itself. We have built some real momentum, landed amazing client reviews, and we are getting traction just through word of mouth and referrals.

But behind the scenes I am really struggling. My business partner just left due to family responsibilities and I am navigating this totally alone now. Worse, I am completely out of working capital. I am literally only paying for the web host and my email subscription just to keep the lights on.

I know I have the skills to deliver, but without a partner and with literally zero budget to market or scale, I feel totally stuck.

Have any of you been in a spot like this? How do you leverage your existing social proof and referrals to dig yourself out of a zero budget hole as a solo founder? Any advice on how to keep the momentum going when you are down to your last few dollars would be amazing.

Trying to balance a clean UI with actual conversion optimization. Feedback needed

Just need some outside perspective before pulling the trigger.

The main goal here was moving away from the typical static portfolio. The whole business model is focused on value and actual results, so the site needs to do the heavy lifting and convert. I still tried to keep that premium, architectural feel for the SaaS crowd, but I'm worried I might be blind to some usability issues at this point.

If you have a couple of minutes, let me know if the user journey holds up from the hero down to the case studies. Are the CTAs obvious? Is there too much going on?

Appreciate any critiques you guys can throw my way
