How do y'all stay positive even with misery of this world?

There are a lot of things going on like bad diseases, death, wars, financial issues, mental health issues, heartbreaks, loneliness, environment getting damaged, people are suffering etc. When i think about it all, i really can't look at the positive side. Just the negatives outweigh the positives and it makes me feel depressed and not wanna do anything.

It's not just simple social anxiety...

It's also rumination, overanalyzing every interaction, feeling worthless, shameful, self-hatred, being unlikeable, feeling like everyone is staring and judging you, everytime before socializing feeling like you're going to a war, feeling uneasy whenever when you're around people, replaying everything that you did in the past in your mind, being stuck in the past, trying to overcome anxiety but failing everytime, nobody understanding you, being critisized and... the loneliness, isolation, maladaptive daydreaming, depression, etc that comes because of it.

Why no matter how i act, what i do, i always feel ashamed of myself?

I also have social anxiety but i don't know if that's the reason. Literally all the time i think about my past self and the embarrassing stuff i did and feel very ashamed. It makes me wanna not exist and wish i was erased from everyone's mind that knows me. This is affecting me badly

Do you also feel like you're naive?

I'm so naive and it is affecting me badly

I always subconsciously think everyone has good intentions like me but obviously that isn't the case. My money was stolen, i was hurt. Once i even got s\*xually assaulted because of my naiveness. I dont know maybe it's due to inexperience but i don't wanna end up getting hurt from gaining experience either. My parents have always said that I'm very naive. Does anyone experience this? How can i be more cautious?

Am i doing wrong by talking to people even when i don't want to date?

So, basically, whenever I've talked to men, after sometime they fall in love with me and says i want to date you but i have rejected. Sometimes we keep talking even after this so maybe they have hope that i will agree to date them. So am i doing wrong by talking to them before or after they proposed me, like am i giving false hope for them even if i don't want to date and clearly said no? I didn't see a problem in that until one guy probably thought i am doing it " to boost my ego" which i didn't even think of. I just wanted to talk so i did. It happens mostly online. Sometimes there can be flirting though we are certainly friends if there is no official dating.

Instagram is the worst platform

I love reddit and i hate instagram. Why? Because on reddit, people share their real stories, their problems and feelings. After reading such posts frequently, i realize that I'm not the only one having a "bad life" and don't feel behind. While on instagram, people are always showing off their skills, luxury lifestyle and success, basically only the good parts of their life and it would make me feel bad about my own life, and the fact that i have some problems to deal with. Does anyone else feel this way?

Is anyone else constantly thinking? Like your brain starts working right after waking up until sleep?

I struggle to fall back asleep because of it now

ELI5: why do we feel nostalgia and what happens in our brain when we feel it?

A specific time in our life is not special or "better" but when we remember it, we feel nostalgic and as if that time was really good. Why is that?

I feel like i have hearing loss and it's making me depressed

I'm 18 years old and i developed tinnitus 1,5 years ago. It bothered me alot but now it doesn't affect me much, i also have hyperacusis. It all started after listening to loud music in earbuds. I really regret doing that and can't forgive myself. On top of that, having hearing loss which is incurable is making me feel worse. I was very stupid. I'm also very young, people usually develop HL at old age. I don't even know what im looking for here, any advice or comfort are welcome :(
