Any movies about the defunding and closing of psychiatric asylums in the 1970s?

Could be a documentary but would prefer dramatized movie about it. I might be uneducated on the subject, but I picture nurses or doctors being scared shirtless knowing some of their patients were going to just be let out into the public.

What do you call these type of movies? Mantasy?

Not my term, but I think "Mantasy" fits pretty well. Male centered adventure/fantasy.

Are there others like this? Didn't particular like them but they are very creative/fun.

When mandated reporting doesn't exist in your profession let alone your country yet, and someone confides in you that something bad is happening, you can ignore it and take your mind off things by having hypocritical/sacrilege sex
