This brand isn't refunding me my money

Recently i bought a dress from this brand and asked them to cancel it because of some reason within 2hours they denied that they don't offer cancellations and can put the dress again and refund amount when it's sold again , they didn't incurred any loss on shipping or packaging i just asked them not to ship it and they aren't refunding me the money now .
