About to reach the finish line. What's Next?

61 yrs old. 6 ft tall. Larger frame. Started on Monjuro Jan 10th. @ 5 mg pen per my long time Dr. Currently on 10 mg. Insurance is covering so far. $25 co pay a month. I have lost 53 lbs in 5 months & 18 days. I'm 8 lbs away from the goal weight of 185. My A1C is now 5.5 . Was 7. Lipids are great. Both cholesterol & trigliseride under 100. & good ldl & hdl. Did a recent Dexa scan last week. Things are great. I have an appointment w my Dr on Tuesday. Go over my labs results from yesterday & Dexa & make a plan. Time to think about maintaining. Do I go down in dose? Stay the same dose?. Eat more & stop being in a calorie deficit? Currently in a calorie deficit of course. Many questions. Any input is appreciated.
