Any good surgeons in PNW for big boobs?

I have very saggy, flat, DD cups. Been on T for a year and they’re just getting more deflated as time goes on. I have a lot of underarm fat that I want removed too. I’m unsure if I want nipple grafts or tattoos.

I live in Oregon and I’m looking for a good surgeon nearby that does good on large breasts.

Injury from pet store - how to fix?

Damaged segment ~2 in from tail tip, skin damage at tip

Her stats: basking 120-125°, cool side 85-90°, house 75° (optional free range 4-8 hours a day, basks every hour),UVB 10.0 bar light, UVA 2x 150W halogen bulbs, humidity 60-80%, diet collard greens, mustard greens, zucchini, yellow squash, cucumber, treats apple, blueberries, raspberries, daily supplements Reptivite without D3, calcium with D3

We got her (2ish year old Lewisi rock iguana) in January from a pet store and her tail looked like this when we got her. It hadn’t gotten worse or anything, it just hasn’t gotten better. Is there anything we can do to keep this from getting infected? Can it heal on its own, or is it as healed as it’s going to get? Precautions?

Best insurance for FtM trans young adult?

I take 7 pills a day, one of which is $1200 a month out of pocket.

I make too much money to qualify for OHP.

I want a plan that covers some or all of top surgery. Best case scenario, they also cover FMS.

Clearly I need something low-deductible. I’m thinking Providence Silver or Regence Silver

Any thoughts?

Good lesbian spaces in Portland?

My girlfriend and I are moving to Astoria and want to spend our days off in Portland for fun. We’re both queer lesbians and would like to know if there are any LGBTQ spaces dedicated to lesbians, like a lesbian club/bar. Other queer spaces you can recommend works too.

We’re both from Utah, so we’re excited to come to a place where being queer is more accepted. She is 20 and I’m 21, so if you have any recs for queer spaces that are age inclusive, let me know!

I think I’m a agender butch lesbian

Hey everyone, I’ve identified as non-binary since I was 15. I’ve been on T for a year and I’m loving the changes and intend on transitioning most of the way male.

The label I identify most with is agender/transmasc.

I’ve seen a lot of hate on he/him lesbians. I use he/they and don’t identify as a man. I definitely prefer women, if not only like women. I identify with butch lesbianism, I’ve done research on the history and butch lesbianism does include transmascs from what I can tell.

TLDR I’m not a man but I use he/they and I feel like a agender butch lesbian
