Help, came back from a sabbatical to this. Double chop?

Any advice is appreciated. The top is very healthy and growing well. can I cut it in two places, germinate the top and keep watering the bottom until it sprouts? 🌱. I want to rescue him. Thanks

This may be old hat to most of y'all but adjusting the slack in the accelerator cable has made the 'ol girl feel a bit more peppy.

Brand New Vince Clarke: The 'Doublespeak' Album Released today

Today, Doublespeak (Vince Clarke, Neil Arthur and Benge) release their much anticipated Doublespeak album which means that the album is now available to stream and download on all tip-top digital music channels across the globe, as well as the vinyl and CD editions

In addition to all of that there's also a limited availability digital edition which comes with a set of instrumental versions of the tracks, and over at Beatport there's an exclusive EP available  featuring five extended versions.

The album is absolutely great, but don't just take my word for it.

Electronic Sound described the project as “A supergroup reimagining the past with style and swagger.”

The Quietus praised the "Thoughtful song choices and resourceful reinvention.”

Classic Pop gave 'Doublespeak' a four-star review and said, “It’s all as much of a blast as you’d hope.”

Record Collector also allocated four stars, saying, “Fans of everyone involved will love it.”

And if you want to read what the band have to say about the Doublespeak project then never fear, there are great features online for you right now, including the band's recent interviews with Clash Magazine The Quietus and Forbes. ( find the links in the comments )

Congratulations to Vince, Neil and Benge.

Personally, I LOVE the fact that they covered The Visitors, one of ABBA's most underrated songs ( and albums. )

At times it can sound like Erasure V2. ( but I don't mind, it's definitely got a darker atmospheric vibe. ) Either way, Vince Clark is the Originator in my mind and can do no wrong. We're so lucky that he's still putting out amazing records like this.
