Iam going on hampta pass trek next week. My friends who goes to trek are recommending to buy stuff like shoes, bags, poncho etc. And iam pretty sure I won't trek that often in future. This is gonna be my first trek too. Pls suggest. Also iam inclining to rent everything Unless I get suggestion to buy something. I am in dilemma about What kind bag to carry? Again buy one or rent

I do have problem with sitting myself to revise not less attention span and all. I can study long hours of the topics iam reading are old. And I am feeling the need to revise the chapters I just finished in last 2 weeks. But I couldn't revise. How u ppl deal with this situation and revise properly?

Example i completed Ancient history till Magadha empire and want to try answer writing but where to find relevant questions topic wise with solutions or best answer copies. I want to do answer writing every day like reading all day and try answer writing thode topics end of the day. It would be very helpful If someone helps me out.

Not strangers but the family members distant relatives think my hair is their buisness. Everyone suggests use this oil, that serum, go for hair transplant. Iam feeling lot of insecurity becoz of my hair. I personally don't feel obligated to do hair transplant but every other day, someone will remind me of my condition.
