This single cookie was from day 1, I am aging the cookies for 48 hours for a better taste. I am already quite happy with the un-aged version so I am looking forward to tasting the aged version.

My first carbon steel pan. I am not sure if it is supposed to develop this way. Some areas are darker than others
I got them checked at a specialist out of curiosity, x-rays were done and fingers were assessed by the doc. Conclusion: nothing is wrong with them, I am simply born this way. I have seen photos of people with hyper mobile finger joints but I find my last two fingers, especially the pinky, very crooked. I haven’t seen anyone with more bendy and crooked pinky.
When I relax my fingers, they function normally and look normal.
Too many replies asking if it’s EDS- as mentioned, I got them medically assessed and I am pretty healthy, I guess I don’t have EDS.
I would like to know what others think - if you would request a different table if you don’t like the one you are allocated. I am not talking about switching midway through the dinner but before sitting down.
I felt uncomfortable the whole evening at a table that I dislike and yet he made it like it is my own issues and insisted it would be embarrassing to have asked for a change. He insists it is unsophisticated to ask for a change of table. He also said i should not voice out if i see a cook dig his nose while preparing food.

I’m working on a very small high-fidelity speaker concept. After some prototyping and encouraging measurement sessions, I would love to get other music lover's input, which will define further development.
This is not a sales post; there is no product to buy at this stage. I’m trying to avoid building in the wrong direction, based only on my own assumptions and preferences/biases.
The idea is: a portable and compact active speaker, about 1.5 liter in size, designed for very accurate sound (40-20k Hz +/- 2dB, controlled directivity) at moderate volume levels. In other words, an anti-thesis to the average bluetooth boombox.
