What's your rep range for building muscle

I usually aim for around 8 reps when I only have strength to lift one extra rep left.

But I'm wondering if I should lower the weight and aim for 12 reps max instead.

Buying a 50 to 60 year old HDB flat.

Hi all,

Early 40s and earning more than 200k PA. Staying in a 2m condo and loan around 800k. Have 500k in liquid assets and already hit FRS. Long term plan is to sell my condo and then move into a HDB but I do not like new HDBs

I prefer those older HDBs with bigger layout and would not mind buying an old one. Especially those with interesting design/layout with a vintage feel I'm toying with the idea of buying an even older HDB next time when I hit 55 where the remaining lease is around 40 years and that would mean lesser pool of buyers and the entry price would be lower than those units with longer leases. Understand that I wouldn't be able to use CPF and it is cash only. Potentially government will take back and will be worthless.

Pros - cheaper entry price and bigger layout

Cons - higher Reno and maintenance cost, will be worthless when lease is up but I would be dead by then.

Anyone has any comments around this approach?

Hi all. I'm on fixed rate with OCBC and I can refinance in October. Been chasing ocbc to give me the latest rates but very unresponsive.

Anyone can share the latest rates across the different FI?

I am intending to get a tablet around 12 inch and shortlisted the Oppo Pad 5 matte display. Main use is just YouTube, Netflix and notes taking so the pencil is important

Any reviews so far or any other tablets you will recommend?
