We’re already doing a lot of remodeling and to save time we’d like to get a premade outdoor sauna. Looks like Saunalife or SiSU might be the best. We’d like as much window as possible without sacrificing too much heat and like a more modern look. Only needed for up to 2-3 people.
Finally got my cardiologist appointment after 9 months of waiting and he said what I thought he would. I’m 50, both grandfathers died of heart attacks at 55 and 63, my dad has been on statins his whole life and now has Alzheimer’s at 88. My brother has taken statins since he was 30. My lp(a) is 109.4 and my cholesterol has dropped from 267 to 206 in the last 6 months.
The doctor suggested Repatha after trying 3 different statins. I’m a little worried about the needle and doing it every 2 weeks. What do you all think?
I’m just getting diagnosed and wondering what helps the most with your mg? It can be anything, prescription or not.
What kind of sauna for 2+ people would you get for outdoor and in Northern California?
I went to a neurologist a couple months ago, and she suggested that I do nerve muscle testing and also get a blood test. I’m too scared to get both of those things done, I’m not good at test and anything to do with the medical system. But I was reading over notes from an eye exam I had two years ago and the doctor said that I have smooth pursuit movement disorder and it got me thinking about myasthenia gravis again, I also suffer a lot with my eyes and seeing double and also with swallowing and muscle coordination in my face and mouth. Is there any helpful advice any of you can give me?
1 or 2 or neither?
I should note, here are smaller spoons, usually for eating ice cream or yogurt, one is my partner’s favorite and one is my favorite.

Ok so I’m considering turning in my i4 lease early to buy a CPO iX. So far I’m looking at these 2. What do you think? I’m upside down on my i4 by 8k, have had to replace the tires 4x and will definitely go over the miles that’s why I’m thinking of buying the iX. Plus I think I’ll need 2 more sets before the lease ends (4k)

Are these the best tires you’ve found for ride quality and longevity?
I have 23.5k miles on my i4 edrive 40 and live in a mountainous area, driveway at 20% grade and I’ll need to get my 4th set soon. At this point I’ve gone through the Turanza (13.5) that first came on them, Michelin ps4 (6.5) and now Goodyear with only 3,500 miles. With each choice my mileage gets worse and worse. Any suggestions for next time? Was thinking Pirelli or hankook?
I leased my 2024 i4 edrive in August of 2024 and am already at 26k, but set the lease at 12k a year. Do I start paying more now? Or do I wait until right before the lease is up in August of 2027?
