Hi everyone,

I'm 26 years old and have been having mushy/soft stools for a little over a month, and I'm looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience.

My symptoms are:

- Mushy/soft stools almost every morning.

Usually only 1–2 bowel movements a day.

- Occasionally after eating (or coffee) I'll feel the need to go, and that stool can be watery but not always, experienced this 2-3 times.

- No abdominal pain or cramping at all.

- No constant urgency. I can hold it if I need to.

- Sometimes my evening stool is a bit more formed than my morning stool.

I saw a gastroenterologist, and after examining me he said he thinks it's IBS related to anxiety/stress.

He prescribed rifaximin 550 mg for 7 days and advised me to increase my fiber intake. He also said I could use psyllium (ispaghol) instead of chia seeds.

For context, I've had significant anxiety over the past year and stopped taking an SSRI a couple of months ago. I'm also under a lot of family stress.

I'm currently on day 4 of rifaximin, but my stools are still mushy.

I'm mainly wondering:

- Has anyone here had IBS without any abdominal pain, just mushy stools?

- How long did rifaximin take before you noticed improvement?

- Did psyllium/ispaghol help make your stools more formed?

- If rifaximin didn't help, what did your doctor do next?

Hello! I'm a 26M, I've been having mushy unformed stools since a month, I tried more fiber and stuff but nothing worked so I went to my doctor, he was so quick to say its IBS.

But I don't have any pain don't have urgency in poops etc etc. It feels more like SIBO to me that theres some issue in intestines or bacteria that's causing it.

He gave me Rifaximin 550mg tho, for 7 days and said it'll work and will make your stools into more formed shape.

Idk what's the issue, I don't have any other symptoms then this.

I'm 26M, never had any major stomach issues or anything. I can pretty much digest anything have no allergies whatsoever.

Since last 2 months my stools have been unformed, mushy, not watery though, but a whole dump comes out instead of feces.

I have no pain, no bleeding or anything at all.

I've tried adding chia seeds for more fiber too since last 2-3 weeks but it didn't help either.

I've noticed sometimes I do get a bpwl movement at night 2-3 hours before sleep and those feel a bit constipated and are actual feces that are solid. But idk what that is I just feel like pooping and 1-2 feces come out.

Idk what's the issue.

But I feel like I'm just left alone, all my friends are ahead. This feeling of loneliness is unexplainable.

Hi! I'm a level 2 seller and I'm competing in a very small niche of animation and getting good orders but everybody here got very low prices and even though I know I have the skills to take it to the next level I almost never get a high paying buyer like 70% of the times.

I'm keeping my first tier prices very low for a demo to lure people in and then second and thirst package have the real prices.

What can I do about all this?
