Basically "Rosamelia, Harris & Harris" are supposed debt collectors on behalf of Cox, and if I click on their totally-not-sus link, I can pay off 90% of my balance!

Except I don't owe Cox anything. Literally auto-payed my bill the other day, balance is 0, checked the latest statement.

Anyone else receive a text like this? Or am I just "lucky"?

Watched all of S4 recently on a full series binge. 1st time viewer of S4 as, until recently, I had no idea it existed.

Obviously, Ed Harris acted tf outta every scene he was given. I loved his development in S3, and it was his death + host replacement at the end that initially had me giving up on the show. All that development... Wasted.

And same for S4. Host!William had none of S3's growth as he was only built from the park's data and Delores's memories. So the absolute worst of William.

And, again, I greatly enjoyed the scenes of the host interrogating the human for answers. It seemed like the host was on S3's trajectory (finally going against Halores) after years of toying with humans. Then... Nope, he's just a boring killing machine again that dies like a chump.

A legacy character brought back again and again and then killed like an extra (ditto Mauve, Stubbs, and Bernard). Just... Why? I'm just baffled about their storyline overall.

S25U on left, S22U on right. I genuinely don't understand why they took out the Bluetooth functionality.

But more than that: the hand feel is so much worse imo. S22U has a matte type finish that makes it feel more *grippy*, whereas S25U feels cheap. Like the off brand replacement you might buy at a gas station.

Baffling decisions.

New Galaxy S25U (1st slide) user - upgrading from S22U - an after many deliberations and video reviews, I went with ol' reliable, Otterbox Defender case. It's what I used on S22U (2nd slide) for over four years and it did its job well.

And while I live the texture of the new case, I'm wondering how well a finger loop or pop socket would stick. I'm well aware this case lacks the garish magsafe circle.

Sooo topic. Any other users rocking this case (on any Ultra model, all the form factors are roughly the same) with extra accessories?

Used for years on all my phones, upgraded to S25 ultra recently and suddenly there's a pop-up to subscribe to different versions? Wtf

First time watching S4 after binging/rewatching prior seasons with my bestie. He's seen S4 before, I haven't. We vape some thc, hang, it's a fun time.

One thing that *always* distracts me - he teases me about this too - is that I comment on the tech at least once an episode. S1 & S2 had the tri-fold tablets that sounded like metal when set down (ie, by the surgeon working on the hosts in S2). Ok I'll buy they're durable and maaaaybe don't need a case.

But now in S4.. That's literally a glass slab, completely transparent, sharp corners. 1) who the fuck would want that 2) how tf does anyone keep that clean?? Fingerprints, dust, etc. 3) ain't no way in hell that's comfortable to hold let alone use.

Don't even get me started on physical keyboards simply no longer existing, even in an office setting. I get it, it's all *aesthetic*, and I can *almost* see the evolution logic there. It'll still bug me.

When I bought my S22U 4 years ago, I put it into an Otterbox Defender right in the store. It's never left that case. No screen protector and apart from one tiny scratch, which hopefully won't affect the trade in value, it still looks damn good.

But now my 40th bday is coming up and I wanted to really Treat Myself. So I bought a S25U (not paid in full this time so I'll likely be using a screen protector too) and have been watching numerous case vids. I thiiiink I've narrowed it down? They all seem great, but I really only need one.

Has anyone used any of these long term? Or have another to recommend? Magbak Elite was another possibility but at $80... Too many choices!

Best guess is phone stand/charger, or maybe for a controller. But its slick, pulpy design is certainly eye catching (at least to me lols) like, what is the texture like? Rubber? Latex? I'm sooo distracted by it.

Card Shark being bronze is crazy to me. That one took the longest, as in, a *nearly* brand spanking new playthrough; thank fuck for multiple save slots!

I was hoping to upgrade my S22U this month for my birthday. But for the past, like, month or so, it's been sold out at T-Mobile (and yet strangely the same price as S26U? Tf?) I don't get it.
