Hey all

Got a rental in Vic and got the keys and condition report yesterday.

I noticed there are just random wires under the house and leaking pipes granted not an electrician or plumber but Pokemon tell me those don't mix.

Also the back of the house floods during heavy rain, iside the house near the laundry and the loo.

There's a bungalow outside but it doesn't seem to be re stumped properly and you can physically move the back wall.

There's also movement and soft patches on the carpet so worried about mould.

My question is do i hassle the really before signing the condition report, get my bond back as I'm not sure it makes minimum rental conditions or just kinda deal with it as by comparison to some places on here it's Buckingham palace.

What are some other suggestions for shows where i don't have to really watch to understand what's going on.

Show's I've tried are YuYu Hakusho ( might sound odd but i feel it's a story that deserves more of my attention) and book of friends (i ended up crying at most episode)

Bonus points if its queer has a non male protagonist and author/director non male

Anything where they announce what's going on in the show i just finished 90s Sailor Moon genre isn't an issue but probably nothing to heavy don't want to stop and cry too often doing stretches.

Hey all.

Finished XS2 I'm about 10 hours into XS3 and i feel I'm missing something obvious here.

The game amazing but playing on PCSX and I'm constantly in the bottom 10 time wise for bosses.

Is there a really good party set up I've seen Shion Jin and Kosmos but not sure, I've gone A path with everyone.

Same with ES battle i have no idea how co op attack triggers they just do every now and again.

This might be an odd question but i recently played Pokemon pro and premium.

Outside the moving Pikachu Pokeball and whirlpool (which i never accessed) i really didn't see much difference I've been told there are magnet but again didn't find it.

Are there any mode differences or anything like Godzilla or Sword of Rage.

I ask as I've never preferred a pro over premium except this, but i could be missing something obvious.

Also do stern ever add a mode feature ect for one version and not another

Edit what version also better for having a sit down having a beer and not worrying about modes shots and what not

I've been doing my diploma of Library and information since 2019.

Life you know, I'm wondering is it worth finishing I'm 50-60% done just curious what jobs are like.

I have linguistic and a whole lot of other disabilities and the most i can do is 2-3 days a week.

Is it worthwhile finishing or just leave it

I have struggled to watch non animated shows for years but i think i know the secret the episode needs to be 20-30 minutes and have a plot that constantly moves also an ending don't want another Duckman where it ends on a cliffhanger.

I mentioned Ugly Betty as the episode are 40 minutes a lot of episodes don't move the plot or have stories quickly abandoned.

I'm open to all genres i have really liked the good place (most stuff from that team) Schitt's Creek.

Shows I've not enjoyed GOT, Buffy, Twin Peak the Return (seen S1-2 but return i really didn't like) and a lot of others just feel most episode would have been better as 20-30 minutes not 40-60
