My younger cousin said that he has 1 free month of Nitro from a global partner of Discord, but that he cannot redeem it because he doesn't have a payment choice (like a card). Can anyone give me more information on this and how I can help? I do not know anything about this.

I'm trying to convince my mom (Vietnamese) that we should go here for fall break (I want to go to the jazz festival) over Santa Ana, which is where she wants to go because of Little Saigon.

Edit: I've only gotten a few replies, but I want to say thank you to how kind this community is. Some city-based subreddits (especially for ones popular for tourism) can feel a bit unwelcoming or seem annoyed with posts from out-of-towners, which I can understand, but r/MontereyBay is definitely different, especially with the community highlight threads. I cannot wait to visit in the fall.
